Chapter 2

I couldn't believe what I was thinking! Eww! If something happened oh my. Finally Liana came home. I was up when she got home. She asked how everything was. I told her good. She said here is your pay. She handed me $120. I asked why so much. She said I pay you by the hour and you had to work overtime so yea.

I left; not long after I left my friend Talia came over. We always had fun. She came over and started questioning me.

Talia: why where you with Justin last night?

Nat: I looked at her like huh?

Justin showed up at my house.

I turned to look and asked what are you doing here?

Justin: I came to talk to you.

Talia: Um hello Natalie I STILL EXISIT

I was thinking. Why is he here? Talia's mad at me and I have no clue why. At this point I was clueless. I turn to Talia and Justin turned back around and walked inside, leaving then outside with no words.

I haven't stopped thinking about Justin sense I had to stay. I had his cell number and I don't know why. I texted him.

I couldn't believe I texted that selfish boy. To be honest I don't even know where I got his number.

I started thinking to my self what Justin's reply would be. It took him a while to reply. Believe me i knew when he was texted. We both have iPhones so I know the message was read and he was still typing.

I wondered what he wanted to talk to me about. He finally replied

Justin: why did u run off like that?

Nat: because I wasn't facing Talia my best friend and the most popular guy in school/ town

Justin: well can I come over to talk.

I didn't know what to say so I said

Sure thing! I was worried at this point. What if he tried something. No! He wouldn't, he doesn't even like me.

I walked outside and sat on the steps to my porch. Finally Justin pulled in. And I stood up. I was wearing sweats, a gray cami, black and purple DC socks, and uggs . My cami made me wanna put a tee shirt on, but I didn't. Justin sat in the car for a minute. I'm pretty sure he was on the phone. He then got out of the car. I then proceed to motion him in my direction.

Justin: hey

Nat: hi!!

Justin: we need to talk about...

Nat: about what?

Justin: Talia....

Nat: what about her..

Justin: she still thinks I like her

Nat: oh..

I stared at Justin; who hasn't even came to the steps yet. I was about to cry. I was tearing up. I didn't know she dated Justin.

Nat: I didn't know she dated you!!

Justin: she did

My parents pulled in. They asked why Justin was here. I looked at them and said.

Nat: he came to get me....

Justin looked at me with confusion.

Parents: oh ok your going like that?

Nat: yea

I looked in Justin's direction and then got up off the steps again, and said let's go.

Nat: bye mom and dad be home later!!

Parents: bye Natalie

I got in the car with Justin. He asked we're we were going?

Nat: I don't care anywhere

Justin: alright we will go out for a little bit.

Maybe Justin isn't as selfish as I though. I was starting to like him.

*phone rings*

Who is calling Justin asked.

Nat: my parents

I answered.

My parents: us and Liana are going on a vacation together let Justin know we won't be back for about a month and you have to stay over a Lianas.

Me: ok!!

I was so excited. I told Justin and he seemed excited. He then asked me a question. I told him i don't know I would have to think about it.
