Hwieun's pov
after a long day of school , me and Jisoo headed to the cafe to study again like we always do.

"yah , i'll let you help me take my order." Jisoo teased and i hit her. "it might not be him who is taking orders today." i said.

when we entered the cafe , we sat on a table for two and i went to order the drinks for the both of us.

there Jihoon was , standing at the counter cleaning the counter top. when i walked to the front of the counter , he smiled at me. "it's you again."

"yea , my friend and i always come here to study after school." i said. "that's nice. your order please."

"um , one iced americano and one iced latte." i said and he tapped the screen infront of him before taking money from me. "wait a moment while i prepare your drinks." he smiled before going to the kitchen to get help from his colleague.

both of them prepared the drinks quickly and served them at the counter for me to collect. i then brought the drinks to the table where Jisoo was and we started doing our work.

Jihoon's pov
"yah , she's pretty." Sewoon said. "ara." i said. "mwo? did you just say she's pretty?" i asked again and he nodded. "she is , isn't she?" Sewoon said.

"yes she is but don't hyung try and hit on her. she's my crush." i said and Sewoon chuckled. "don't worry i won't try. good luck. before you even came and start working here , she already started coming here to study with that same girl everyday."

"jjinja? she must really like this place." i said. "maybe. but it can be also because this cafe is specifically made for students to study here since sometimes libraries don't allow any sweet drinks in and they must keep quiet at all times." he said and i nodded.

"does hyung know how old it she?" i asked and he shaked his head. "nope , but she looks like she's younger than you." he said.

"how can i ask her out? hyung help me." i said and he started thinking. "seeing her study like this , maybe her exams are coming. perhaps you can try asking her if she needs help in any subjects? unless your studies are , you know." Sewoon said.

"ay hyung , my studies are fine alright." i said. "what's her name?" Sewoon asked and i gasped facepalming myself. "i didn't ask her.."

"that's the most crucial thing to know first you pabo." Sewoon said. "hyung help me." i said again. "hyung hasn't had a girlfriend or liked someone before so i can't help." he said.

Hwieun's pov
"Hwieun , shall i come over to your place to sleep tonight? you're still so weak in your math!" Jisoo said and i sighed. "ahh jjinja! i hate math i swear!"

"we've been going through the same topics for a week but you're still not getting it. after we graduate you better not take anything related to math or the next time i'll see you , you'll definitely be bald from pulling your hair." Jisoo said and i rolled my eyes.

"this isn't fair. how are you so pretty , yet so kind and also a smartass? god is super unfair." i said. "well , i'm an only child and that means i was lonely when i was a child. at least you have an older brother." Jisoo said.

"you can have him if you want. he doesn't even treat me like i exist anyways." i said. "may i clear this?" a voice said and both of us looked over.

it was Jihoon.

he was pointing to the empty drink cups and Jisoo replied , "uh , yes you may. thank you." she said.

Jihoon smiled before taking the empty cups. before he could walk away , Jisoo called him. "Jihoon-sshi!"

i looked at Jisoo with shocked eyes. Jihoon turned around and looked at Jisoo , shocked too. "how did you know my name?" Jihoon asked.

"oh , um , Hwieun told me." Jisoo said pointing to me.

Jihoon's pov
Hwieun? what a nice name that suits her pretty face.

"oh , may i help you?" i asked and she nodded. "are you good at math?" she asked. "yes , it was one of my strongest subject." i said and she smirked at Hwieun.

"can you help my poor friend here? you see , our exams are coming but this girl here still can't get the basics of math right even though i've been trying to help her." she said.

"Jisoo!" Hwieun said. "sorry , she's tired and she's just spouting nonsense. i'm doing fine with my studies. sorry to bother you!" Hwieun said.

"stop lying Hwieun! do you want to fail your math?" Jisoo said. "if you're willing to help her , maybe you can be her personal tutor?" Jisoo asked me.

"i'd be happy to help." i said hiding my excitement. "Hwieun , your phone." Jisoo asked Hwieun and she shaked her head.

"nevermind." Jisoo said taking Hwieun's phone on the table , handing it to me. "your number please so she can text you." Jisoo said. placing the cups on the table , i typed in my number and Jisoo called me. "now you both have each others numbers , i'll leave the rest to you guys." Jisoo said smiling.

well well , she helped me get her number just like that. and personal tutor for Hwieun? man , i'm so lucky!
