Young Souls (Fred Weasley x reader)

Part six

*later that day*
The classes ended, (Y/n) and Fred were cuddling on the sofa in front of the fire in common room. They did it quite often actually and everybody stopped asking about it. In beggining, George would joke about it, but he stopped too. Now (Y/n) was laying on his chest soundly asleep.

Fred was so sleepy, but he just couldn't fall asleep. The reason was preety obvious. The girl who was soind asleep was main reason. He was great friends with her, and they tehnically grew up together. Even if they were only thirteen, they didn't mind. It was like cuddling with a sibling. Except, (Y/n) didn't feel that way. And little did she know, that Fred was also catching feeling for her as well...

*later that evening*
"(Y/n), (N/n)! Wake up!" Fred nugded his friend. It was close to midnight and they needed to go to their dormrooms before they get caught. Of course, Fred didn't care about getting himself caught, but his best friend. She slowly woke up and sleepily looked up at him.

"It's close to midnight", he said down at his watch. "Okay", she said too tired to care. She just cuddled close to him and hid her face in a crook of his neck. "But we could get caught", he reminded. "Come on, Freddie. For when do you care about getting caught?" she asked back, her breath tickelling his neck. He blushed, unknown to (Y/n). She then made something that made his blush even deeper shade of red, and her too. She kissed his neck softly.

Soon enough, she fell asleep again. And Fred couldn't bring himself to wake her up again, so he just went to dream land with her.

*in the morning*
(Y/n) was woken up by sound of camera going off. She didn't even need to open her eyes to know that it was probably (Bf/n). Fred also woke up few minutes later. "Good morning, sleepy head", she greeted. She still was resting her head in the crook of his neck. Fred was to sleepy to notice when she kissed his jaw. He, of course, needed to return the favor so he kissed the top of her head.

"Come on, wake up! Time for breakfast!" George yelled getting down the stairs running. If he falls, I'm gonna-, (Y/n) never finished her thought because Fred got up and she to the floor. She was sitting on his lap! He can't just get up anytime he wants!

"Oh, sorry, love. Didn't see you there!" Fred said reaching his hand to help her up.  She just glared at him and got up by herself. Then turned on her hill and marshed at out of the common room. "Ajmo, (Bfn/n)! Gladna sam! (Come on! I'm hungry!)" she called and exited the room, (Bf/n) following soon after.

*at the breakfast*
(Y/n) called Mia over so they were talking and little did they know that Lara was listening from Hufflepuff table. "Tako je pre sladak! (He is so cute!)", (Y/n) said to Mia refferring to Fred. "Kaj ste zaspali na kauču? Pre kjut! (You fell asleep on vouch together? So cute!)" Mia said smiling. "Ma da, i grlili se i sve (Yeah, and cuddling and everything)", (Y/n) said to her friend. "Uuuuuhhhhh!" Mia teased wiggling her brows. "Alice!" (Y/n) laughed rolling her arms. She lightly pushed Mia, but Mia pushed her back. They laughed of course, but (Y/n) will get her for that someday. Just kidding...

"Stavrno ste pre slatki zajedno (You really are too cute together)", (Bf/n) said joining in on conversation. "E da, zakaj si nas slikala? (Yeah right, why did you take a pocture of us?)" (Y/n) asked (Bf/n). She just giggled and continued eating. "Daj barem da vidim! (Then at least let me see!)" (Y/n) pouted. "Evo, evo! (Here you go!)" (Bf/n) said showing her the picture. (Y/n) blushed crimson red.

Why are you blushing?, Lena asked from other part of the room. Why are you spying on me? I'm not on you!, (Y/n) said back to her twin. Just answer the stupid question!, Lena yelled in her mind. (Bfn/n) took picture of me and Fred cuddling, (Y/n) gave in. Okay, we're going to talk about it tonight, Lena said, and before (Y/n) could say anything closed the bond. Oh, she'll be the death of me, (Y/n) thought returning to her dish.

Later that day, she met with Hermione so they could talk. "So, you wanted to talk?" Hermione asked. "No, not exactly. I just wanted some smart company", (Y/n) answered. "Well, why?" she asked back. "I need to get away from everyone. They are really annoying sometimes, but I think you can relate", (Y/n) said matter-of-fact.

"What do you mean?" Hermione asked kind of confused. "Let's not talk about that. Now tell me, do you need any help with your research?" (Y/n) asked younger girl. Hermione told her everything about what they found out about Philosopher's stone. "We found three headed dog yesterday... Hagrid told as earlier today that his name is Fluffy. What a wired name for such a dog!" Hermione said. "It's not. He has his sweet spot, he quickly fall aslepp when you play him some music..." (Y/n) said trying to help, but knew she already knew that.

"And one more thing, it's not Snape", (Y/n) whispered on Hermione's ear. "What? It's not? How? We saw him trying to curse Harry's broom. He was bitten by Fluffy and so much more. Ugh! How can you say that it's not Snape?!" Hermione yelled in disbelieve. "Only thing I can tell you is that, that is not Snape. He was trowing conuter-curse on broom, and you need to see little wider that Snape. Look at other professors, who is so innocent that is suspicious?! Think a little, Hermione. I would never lie to you!" (Y/n) yelled at her trying to calm them both down.

"Counter-curse? Than who was trowing THE curse?" Hermione asked finnaly thinking. "You probably didn't notice other proffesors because you were so focused on Snape!" (Y/n) tried to reason with her. "But why did then curse stopped when I set the flame on Snape's robe?" she asked. "'Cause fire probably distracted the other proffesor", (Y/n) said in 'maybe' voice. "Okay, thank you!" Hermione said running off, probably to tell boys what she found out. (Y/n) just smiled and continued her way.

But near entrance of the common room, she stopped. Something wan't right. She quickly turned her powers on and searched for the problem. And soon enough, she found it. The two same-looking red-heads were hiding behind a pilar in hallway, looking at her. They surely planned something, she thought knowing the twins. She looked around and really, there was something on the ceilling right above her head. She saw it was falling and pretended to be confused and amazed. She could hear twins snicker few meters behind her.

But in the last second, she moved on the side and avoided bucket full of (Yf/c) paint. Twins went out of their hiding spot just to see their prank runied. "How did you know?" Fred asked defeated. "I just know you guys too well", she said smirking to them, then turned on her heel and left for the common room.

Twins didn't know to be disapointed or happy. I mean, their prank just got ruined, but they made (Y/n) know them better than they know themselves. They were bff goals, and weren't regretting it. Little did they know, that (Y/n) had huge surprise up her sleeve. She just needed to wait three more years to show them that.

With Lena, she planned perfect way to tell the twins and the school for their powers. She still couldn't tell anyone, and it drove her crazy. And hopefully, she'll get with Fred till then.

But little did she know, that everything will play perfectly, and maybe even better than expected. And that's what always drove her through the day.

*two days later*
It was Sunday morning. The common room was full of students writing their homework or just doing shenanigans. (Y/n) was sitting in one of comfy chairs near the fireplace and wrote her maths homework. (Bf/n) was sitting next to her and helped her out with homework.

And then out of nowhere, Twins appeared. They were hopeless and needed (Y/n)'s help so bad at their homework from Muggle Studies. "No, I warned you. You should have listened!" (Y/n) said getting up and moving to other end of the common room.

(Bf/n), however, stayed and told twins something rather useful. She told them how to get (Y/n) to help them. So they of course, listened.

They sneaked from behind on her, and jumped on her lap. She screeched at surprise, then realized what happened. She pushed them off and groaned at their silliness and returned to her homework rolling her eyes. They thought there was no hope for them anymore.

So, they just stared at her for the longest time. And after few minutes, it was worth it. She gave in. And helped them. "It's not really that hard! You just find mutual product for 3 and 4, then you subtract that number from the product and add it to numerator. After that, you just add one numerator to the other and overwrite the denominator", she explained giving in, writing it down in the same time.
