I looked down "Y-you do?" she nodded "Of course!". I was about to start crying but I heard Skylar groan "W-what?". She held her stomach "I think I'm having a contraction" My eyes went wide "Do we need to get you to the hospital?!" She slightly laughed. "Damien, I read that first born kids usually take a while to be born it's-" she got cut off by another sudden contraction and she screamed in a medium tone. I didn't look convinced and picked her up walking down all the stairs then all the way home. During that time she had contractions every 10 minutes. We reached home and I sat her down on the bed, I was tired so I sat on the bed next to her. She was having contractions for at least 15 hours, I started falling asleep and she screamed louder then she had the last few times. Now she has been having contractions every 3-4 minutes. I held her hand tightly and sighed "Skylar, we need to get to a hospital". She glared at me angrily "No, I am having my baby HERE" I gulped. I sounded squeakish "Here?".....She nodded "Here". I was nervous, I never had delivered a baby before "Damien?" I nodded."Yes?" she squeezed my hand tighter "F*CK!" I jumped slightly and she calmed down after a minute and a half and sighed. "Run the bath and put warm water, I want a water birth so it doesn't hurt as much" I bit my lip and nodded walking towards the bathroom and started running the water....
