Niggas out here got they nerve staring at me like he don't know I run this shit. Listen though, I'm not even gon' pay this nigga no attention cause me and him both know the history and he don't want me to tell the truth about it either. I continued walking to my seat with my bros.

"Aye do you know Jessica having that party tomorrow right? Tryna be with all the bitches", Jaden stated and laughed while dabbing up Ty.

"Man stop playing with me for real, y'all niggas already know what we got going on tomorrow, and we can't fuck this up!", I silently whispered to them slow ass niggas. They immediately shut up by the way I got my point across.

"Anyway, Ty you got that shit right?"

"Yeah, Dom up at t-"

"Man, shut the fuck up. I swear y'all niggas so slow. You know we don't discuss that shit in school yo. Tighten up" I said while fixing my jean jacket and leaning back in the chair. I soon spotted Jordyn fine ass running after Michael bitch ass. That nigga swear I had something to do with Anthony's death but little do he know, little do he know. I shook my head at the thought and looked back up at Jordyn. If Michael wasn't Jordyn's best friend right now, I would be all over that.

"Yo boss"

"Man what", I yelled mad I had to look away from Jordyn to look at at these foolish niggas.

" I know we said we can't talk about this, but look at this message", Jaden said passing me his phone. Once I saw that shit I instantly got up and left school.

Time to handle some business.

Finally catching up to Michael, I grabbed him by his shoulder and turning him around to face me. "Teddy, what's wrong?" I said calling by his nickname I gave him.

"Nothing Jay, lets just go. You wanna go to the arcade or something?", he said with a defying look on his face. I wanted him to tell the truth but part of me just said to leave it alone. Every time Teddy gets like this, he gets silent. I hate when he does that, sometimes all I want for him is to open up to me and tell me how he feels but, I secretly know that will never happen. I nodded my head yes towards him and we walked out of school to the parking lot. I unlocked the doors and hopped in, I threw
mine and his backpack in the backseat and started the car, but before I took off I looked at him.

"What Jordyn? You always on that fruity shit", he said while readjusting himself in his seat.

"Nothing, it's just that you never talk to me or open up to me. Every time Dom comes around your whole mood changes and you disengage from the activity you're doing and want to resort to something else. Why?"

"It's something you wouldn't understand", he said staring off into space.

"Try me"

He looked at me and laughed. My face scrunched up at him because of his disrespect towards my question.

"Jordyn, sweety, listen to this", he said extended his hands towards me and turning his body to face me.

"You weren't raised in the streets like I was. You don't know what it's like to not have a father in your life. You don't know what it's like to have your cousin taken away from you from someone you thought was your best friend. You don't know Jay, you just. don't. know"

He say back in his seat and shook his head. "Can we just go?"

"Yeah", was all I could say while putting the car in drive and pulling off. Michael was right, I didn't know what it felt like to not have a father and to experience a disloyal friend but at then end of the day I've always been there for Teddy and I always will. I just hated the fact that he would have to feel as if he had to go through this alone. Michael is my best friend and I will ride and die for him, literally. I reached out my hand to the radio and Girls Need Love by Summer Walker played and I couldn't resist myself from singing.

"I JUST NEED SOME DICK I JUST NEED SOME LOVE TIRED OF FUCKING WITH THESE LAME NIGGAS BABY I JUST NEED A THUG" I sang while waving my hands in the air and looking at Michael. He looked at me in disgust and started laughing.

"Girl if you don't turn this gay shit off", he said while throwing his head in his hands.

" I NEED SOME LOOOOVE BABE I NEED SOME LOVE BABE AND YOU CANT JUDGE GIRLS NEED LOVE TOO"

We finally made it to the arcade with Jordyn's horrible ass singing. I swear that girl made me almost jump out of a rolling car for real. I hopped out the car laughing as she was still singing even when the song was already over.

"Jordyn shut the fuck up, you can't sing to save your life", I crackled while opening the door for her to come in.

"Oh shut up, like you can do any better", she rolled her eyes at me doing a twirl. We both stepped into the arcade and was greeted by a lady in her mid thirties.

"Welcome to Zane's Arcade, how can I help you guys today?"

"Yeah, two for an hour please", I said while handing the lady my credit card. She nodded at us and handed us our cards to use. I passed one to Jordyn and we both decided to play the motorcycle game. Whoever wins best out of three owes dinner.

An Hour Later

"Whatever Teddy, you know it was fair game. I told you, pac man is my strength", Jordyn stated while facing her attention to the road heading towards Steak 'N' Shake.

"Naw Jay, you know you cheated but it's cool doe cause I got you", I said smirking in her direction.

"Oh yeah? bet", Jordyn smiled and pulled into the drive through. We ordered our meals and was parked in the parking lot just stuffing our faces. Jordyn knew this was my favorite place to eat. Instead of eating most I saved some for my mom and set it aside. I sat and stared at Jordyn for a hot minute. She was just so pretty, so laid back and got her stuff together. Nothing is more attractive than that. I always had a crush on Jordyn but I never got around to tell her. Only thing that's holding me back is that I don't want her to think I just want to fuck her like I do these other bitches. Naw, Jordyn's different. She's always been different and always will. Man, I will go to hell and back with this girl. She finally took notice of me and said what.

"Nothing you just-", I paused for a minute contemplating on whether or not I should tell her how I feel.

"You got like mustard on the side of your mouth", I handed her a napkin. She took it and sent me a slight thanks. I nodded in return.

Unlocking the door to my house, I walked in hearing straight silence. "Ma, I'm home! I got you Steak 'N' Shake", I yelled putting her bag on the kitchen counter. Still there was silence, so I peaked in her bedroom and there she was sound asleep. I walked in and have her a kiss on her forehead.

"So you playing with my money nigga huh?", I slammed my foot into his head sounding a slight cracking noise.

"I'm gon say this and I'm gonna say this one time only, don't you ever think you can get away with selling my shit as yours"

I popped back my gun and shit him twice in the head. Looking over to Jaden and Ty I nodded at them and they handled him for me. Ain't no way I'm ever letting another outsider get ahold of my shit, niggas ain't to be trusted at all. Only people I got by my side is Jaden and Ty and that's how it's gon' stay. I'd rather break bread with them then any other motherfucker in Detroit. I walked back to my desk in the warehouse. A few minutes later Jaden and Ty
come in the room giggling and shit.

"What the fuck is funny yo?"

"Nothing boss, but after we get done with that kick tomorrow you think we got time to go to Jessica party?"

I silently chuckled to myself. "Yeah lil nigga we a see". Anything for my lil bros.
