I'm saying this now, each chapter will have a new/reoccurring character as the protagonist. Important characters like Katlyn, the two other critically injured victims (Artic and Markus), and the 8 killed students (Tyler, Margret, Edwin, Tite, Danni, Dawn, Bev and Finch) will have several chapters.
