"I don't think that's a good idea," I admitted when Jimin went to buy drinks at the bottle store. "But since you're going in there anyways, I'd like some Nikka, just grab any bottle. I'll pay you back, that shit's expensive."

"Huh, I didn't peg you for a whiskey girl but I'm also not surprised," Jimin chuckled while exiting the car. "And no, you aren't going to pay me back. It's a gift."

Before I could protest, he slammed the car door shut. A gift? For what? All the fucking terrible things I've said to you? Yeah, sounds legit. Still don't feel bad for it though, because I mean what I say and I value honesty above all else. I may say things sarcastically all the time but I'm honest especially when it counts.

Enough with the contradictions that make sense to me, how the fuck am I gonna manage this party? Personally, parties are hell on earth. Lots of people, talking, getting close to one another. Even the thought of it gives me chills. But may I reiterate, that I'm not scared of social situations, I just hate people.

The fact that I already know of a few of the people isn't really helping, considering the one I'm 'closest' to I've only known for two days. Namjoon, I've known him for years but I don't really know him.

The reason why Jimin decided to befriend me is still a mystery, even though he said why; I guess I don't believe him. I've never had friends so can you really blame me?

My thoughts were interrupted when the car door slammed shut yet again, welcoming Jimin with that eye-vanishing smile of his.

"I've got it! I got the Yoichi Single Malt Nikka so, I hope that's okay. I also got some beer, just various ones and some soju as well," he sounded super excited about this and I almost smiled with him. "This is gonna be so much fun! I really wanna get to know you better so, please try to open up to me, I'll do the same!"

My eyes simply shot right open, unblinking in shock. Getting to know me better? Then my eyes shrunk to normal size as I turned to him. "Sounds like it won't suck, we've got alcohol so it'll be hard not to have fun and talk just crazy."

"Exactly what I was thinking! The thing is, will we remember? We'll find that out at a later date."

Finally, he drove away in a direction I'd never been in before and my stomach churned with unease. Oh god.

I found myself being dragged into a rather exquisite house by the highly excitable Jimin, going on and on about his friends and how much they mean to him, all that sentimental shit that doesn't correlate with my mind set.

Eyeing the interior carefully, I could tell that someone rich must own this. Sure, it wasn't a mansion, and I'm glad that it isn't, but by the way it was decorated and styled, it was obvious that this someone had money to throw around. And that person happened to be that Jin character who seemed to be polite and calm but I could tell that he has a little more under that nice exterior.

By the time we stopped, I was no longer paying attention, as the grand piano graced my eyes and was begging to be played. I whipped to Jimin so quickly I nearly gave myself whiplash.

"Guys, this is Annemieke," Jimin introduced me to two other people who looked quite familiar already. "This is Yoongi and Taehyung. They're both from Daegu."

I did a bow out of reflex before eyeing them once again. "Wait, Yoongi? You work at the convenience store, right? And Taehyung, you came into the cafe yesterday."

"It's hard not to recognise you. You're the only foreigner I've served that can actually speak Korean, and your aura is pretty chill," the Yoongi guy said, offers a small bow as well.
