The Twins - Chapter 2

Rachel was getting her clothes ready now, she decided to wear a purple blouse with black skinny-jeans, a big black belt, some black jewellery, and some purple boots. She went downstairs to get her purple shoulder bag sorted for school. When she finished, she got her black coat and set off. Her bus-stop was down the road, she was just in time, and she ran in and sat down. The people who were already on the bus were bullies so Rachel just stuck to herself, by the corner of the bus.

“Oh, happy birthday, loser. Why not any birthday beats! Come on guys!” They all punched her at the corner of the bus and the bus-driver didn’t do anything at all. As they reached the school, the rest acted like nothing happened as Rachel staggered to class.

Hannah was already at school, since she woke up early she decided to go to school early and study for essay-test. She stayed there for 15 minutes and then got enough. She sprinted to her class because she was 5 minutes late. She got her stuff off and sat at her seat quietly. The new teacher was late as-well,  she walked into the classroom, with a plain face and wrote her name on the white-board.

“Hello, class”

“Hello, miss...”

“Miss Compag”

She started to talk about herself, like the schools she went to before, and then she asked the students about themselves. The 17 year-olds were in 6th Form but acted like they were in the 8th Grade. It was assembly as soon as the students finished. The teachers in Aassembly were talking about the achievements of last term's football team who won the championship and how the rugby team won as well. The new glee club won the Regional, Hannah won that because she the lead singer. She was so excited for the National Singing Competition held in New York. The teachers made the Glee Club go up and then some people called out names and stuff, then they got sent out.

Rachel finally reached her school where she was grateful to have a teacher that everyone loved. She was named Mrs Brazier, she was funny, humble and so kind. She told the class what was going to happen over the year and their trip to PGL USA where they will stay for a week. She then talked about how the glee club was going to go to the Worldwide Singing Competition, and the club was going to start on Thursday. The first lesson was English and she started to talk about the exam which was going to be Wednesday 8th January, and the students will be given their books in November. The assembly was about welcoming the school back and the award ceremony. The school day ended by Rachel sitting in the Detention Room signing a sheet. She got caught throwing a pencil at someone in the eye. So the person was in hospital and Rachel was in Detention. She going to be an hour late for Nicole, and she knew that Nicole was going to have an angry face with Rachel. She decided to make her own way home, she went to the Fire Exit and ran to the bus-stop and got on the bus. When she got home she was still scared that Nicole might be mad because Rachel was 1 hour late, but Nicole thought that Rachel went to after school glee club. 

“You have a invite to your friend's birthday party.”

“Which friend?”

“Um, Jade”.

Instead of Rachel going to her friend's birthday party, she was going to her surprise birthday party. She got dressed into something more suitable than home-clothes and put as much make-up on as possible to hide her cut. She went with her friend Monica and her mother to a restaurant called New Moon. Nicole wanted Rachel's 18th birthday to be amazing, that's why she researched so many people and found nearly everyone in Rachel's family. Rachel was just outside now, and as soon as she walked in, all she heard was...  “SURPRISE!”
