Ayano slumps down the wall at the rooftop later that day. She pulls her bangs up and let the wind cool her forehead. Those things are back. After what happened with Kokona she has been getting hits on her head. But whenever she turns around she sees no one. Is a ghost following her? And not just that, but the hits are from inside her head.
It hurts. And it's weird. Tiredness overwhelmed her at the end of the day and all she could do was lay herself down. She was never exhausted in her life, even when she was killing Kizana in an attempt to have senpai. Ayano sighs loudly. It's afterschool. I should head home before mother starts to worry. She stands and is about to walk away. But something caught her eye. Ayano sees Kokona again, but this time, she's not alone. Instead, she sees Kokona's best friend, Saki Miyu, with her.
Ayano felt herself hiding behind the lockers that were on the rooftop. She suddenly heard a bunch of moaning beside her. Ayano turns and sees two guys making out. A guy with white hair was making out with some red head. She recognized the one with red as the art club president. They said he was a man of few words. But they didn't say anything about moaning. As for the one with silver hair, she does not recognize him.
The two didn't seem to notice her as they make out. Ayano takes out her phone and takes a pic of them. The two froze at the sound of her camera. The art club president turns and sees Ayano casually scrolling down her phone. "Ayano?" Ayano raises her eyebrows. Looks like he knows her. She nods. "Hello."
The two boys quickly scrambles for their clothes, their face turning red by the minute. "Don't mind me you can continue." She says with her phone out. The Silver hair guy glares at Ayano. The art club president's eyes brimmed with tears. Why is he crying? and why are you glaring at me? The silver head takes the art club president's hand and pulls him to the stairs and disappears from her sight. Ayano furrowed her eyebrows. "Weird."
"Okay Kokona! Spill it!" Ayano hears. Ayano turns and quickly follows the voice. She hides behind the fan machine and realizes it was Saki who was yelling. Ayano then tunes out on the fan's noise and listens to their conversation. A very useful talent she has.
"Kokona. I'm your best friend. You know you can tell me anything, right?" Saki asks. Kokona nods. "I know.. but. I-" Saki sighs and places a hand on her friend's shoulder. "Kokona. I will never judge you." Kokona sighs. That's true. But you might judge my dad. Kokona inhales and exhales slowly. "O-okay. Me and my dad, we- we are going through some problems." Breathe Kokona. Kokona breathes in and sighs loudly.
"sometimes... when my dad goes out. He- he gets drunk. He comes home and than he comes into my room. When he does.. he.. he.." Kokona lost her ounce of confidence and quickly backs down. "I-I'm sorry. I can't tell you." She says in defeat. "Wait! Kokona! Tell me. What does your dad do?!" Kokona shakes her head. "I can't."
Ayano quickly runs and hides behind the doors as Kokona runs down the stairs with Saki following close behind. "Kokona!"
As soon as the two were out of sight, Ayano steps out. "Hmm. Interesting." Is she going through.. domestic abuse? Ayano shakes her head. No, it's too early to jump to conclusions. Ayano steps out entirely out of the shadows and goes down the stairs. Ayano touches her heart as a tugging feeling occured. It felt very weird. Ayano flinches at the tug again. As Ayano walks she was very distacted by the tugging feeling that she accidentally slam into a brick wall.
Ayano fell backwards and landed on her bottom. Ow.. that.. hurts? Ayano realizes that she felt pain. She frowns at heself. What's happening? But never mind that. Who puts a brick wall in the stair case.
"I'm sorry." A very montoned voice said. Ayano glances up and recognizes the same red head at the school roof top making out with that silver head guy. "It's you." He said. He recognizes Ayano the minute she looks up. He's hands was outstretched to help her but when she hold it and was about to pull herself up, he pulls his arms out quickly and she landed on her bottoms again. "Ow." She whimpered.
"I think you need to practice your strength, Geiju Tsuka-san." She says quietly. Geiju immediately knew what he did and turns red. "I-I'm sorry." He stretches his hands out again. But Ayano shakes her head and gets up on her own. "It's okay." She says in a montone voice. She dusts imaginary dust off of her and walks past him.
"Bye." She continues to descend down the stairs. And while she did, she looks at her hands. Her hands where Geiju immediately slips his hand out of. As if he was scared of her. Afraid of her. disgusted by her. She frowns. What's the big deal? Ayano immediately feels something slips down her cheek. Ayano touches her face. A tear have slipped down her cheeks. What's happening? More streams down. Stop.. stop..
A memory flashes before her eyes. A kid smiles at her as he out stretches his hand out. Ayano was just a little kid that time. And during that time she was a completely emotionless girl. A broken doll. The boy was smiling at her. "Do you need help, Ayano?" Ayano felt something. She felt grateful. she outstretched her hand and slowly felt his skin on her fingertips. She felt important. She felt like a person. She felt like a princess being saved by her prince. But all that changed when he quickly pulled away his hand with a sickening grin on his face.
"Ayano? Ayano!" Ayano snaps out of her daze and sees Geiju in front of her. "Ayano what happened? You were crying." Geiju was scared. He was supposed to be a man of few words. When he suddenly pulled his hand away from hers back there he felt guilty about it. he regreted it. He must of looked like he was disgusted of her.
"A-Ayano?" Geiju looks at her, worry covering his face. He notices that Ayano's hand was shaking. That was the hand he- Geiju looks at Ayano with eyes widened. "Was it because of me?" She was sweatng really bad, and her eyes was all puffy from crying. The memory had taken a toll on her. "N-No." She quickly wipes her tears away. "I'm sorry. I have to go now." She stands and quickly left the school. Geiju stares at her back as it gets smaller. He frowns.
Was it me?

Ayano opens her door and walks in. she slid the bag down and dropped it on the floor. She was very very VERY tired. The memory she had was too fast, too scary.
Whatever triggered the memory, it took a lot of energy out of Ayano. Ayano steps into the kitchen and pour herself a cup of orange juice and drinks it. The coldness of the drink soothes her sour throat, and the sweetness rises away the aching feeling. Ayano places her cup in the sink and heads to the couch.
She literally dropped on the couch and sighs heavily. The couch is really comfy. Ayano turns over and shields her eyes from the bulb's light. Ayano had a lot going on through her head. And she's very tired of it.
i need a distraction. she thought. She turns and sees her little purple drill flower. Ayano's eyes widen as she remembers Kokona's conversation with her friend Saki Miyu. Ayano smiles at the flower. "There's my distraction."
