"Hannah! What happened?" Our school nurse, Dolly asked. As I washed the blood from my face. I have been here enough
"I ran into a pole" I say plainly
"Really? You are going to use that excuse again? You have been her for one day. Last year you were here everyday, sometimes twice a day Hannah. I know what's going on."
"What?" I say quietly
"I know someone is hurting you. I can't report it became I don't know who it is"
"No one" I say "I'm just clumsy, that's all"
"Hannah" she says
"Dolly, I wouldn't lie to you" I say giving her a smile
"Here's a pass" she said
"Thank you Dolly!" I say giving her that smile, which immediately faded as soon as I left the nurses office. I saw a large group of people crowded around cheering. Someone got into a fight. I walk over and see a lifeless looking Zach in Jonah's grip. Jonah just keeps punching him, even though he probably got knocked out a while ago. I look over to Daniel and Jack. Jack has a smirk on his face, but Daniel's mouth is hanging open
"Jonah, I think he's had enough" Daniel says.
"I guess so" Jonah says letting go of Zach. Jonah pushes through the crowd, until he gets to me. "Meet me in the library at lunch today" he says in my ear, grabbing my wrist
"Ok" I say. He smiles, and let's go of my wrist. I look down at my wrist, it was red from his grip, making my scars very white and visible. I pulled the sleeves of my jacket over my hands so you couldn't see them. The crowd has mostly disappeared so I went over to Zach
"Zach are you ok" I say, more to myself. He looks dead. "Zach?" I say, graping his wrist to check his pulse. I watched his chest, his chest was moving up and down.
"What happened?" I hear a boy say
"You didn't see?" I say turning and seeing a blonde boy with really pretty eyes
"No, I'm new" he says "my names Corbyn"
"I'm Hannah, this is Zach" I saw, pointing to his lifeless blob on the ground
"Let's get him to the nurse" Corbyn says, grabbing Zach, carrying him bridal style in the opposite direction of the nurse
"Corbyn"
"Yeah?"
"The nurse is that way" I say, pointing towards the nurses office
"Thanks Hannah" he said with a smile

I make my way to the library to wait for Jonah. Wonder what he's going to do to me now.
