"My parents should be here soon." I tell Taeyong. "Are you nervous?" He nods. "Just a little." My room door opens and a nurse walks in. "We need draw blood again, hold out your arm." 

"Don't hurt her." Taeyong blurts out, watching carefully. "I won't sir." After she is down injecting blood, I start to feel dizzy again. "Have some water." Taeyong opens a water bottle and helps me drink. I stare into is eyes. He puts the water away and hugs me. 

"I want the real you back, always so energized and outgoing, but now you're here, sitting on a hospital bed." Taeyong says while hugging me. "I know, I'll get better soon, hopefully." 

"Y/N! Are you ok!?" My mom storms in, running. Taeyong moves out the way. "Hi mom." "Oh sweetie, we came as fast as we could, your dad got a call from work, he's outside. I brought you lunch and everything." she pulls out food and snacks from her bag and places it on the table. 

"You must be Taeyong." my mom turns to Taeyong, shaking out her hand. "Nice to meet you Mrs. Ju." Taeyong and my mom shake hands. "Thank you for looking after Y/N. It must be a huge sacrifice since you're an idol." Taeyong shakes his head. "I'm doing this because it's Y/N, she's the one I love. I have to take care of her." he replies. I blush. 

"You are such a great man, let's sit down." 

Not long after, my dad walks in. Taeyong stands up and greets him. "How are you Mr. Ju, I am Lee Taeyong." Taeyong immediately said, with a nervous smile. My dad shakes his hand, answering, "I can tell you're nervous." Taeyong drops his hand and wipes it on his leg. I give him a thumbs up and he returns a confused/nervous look. 

"How are you feeling Y/N?" my dad asks, coming up to me. "A little better, my head hurts still and I hurt my left arm, also twisted my ankle." "It's ok, you'll get better soon, you're a strong girl." he pats my back and sits next to my mom. Taeyong takes the chair next to my bed. 

For the longest time, Taeyong talked about his whole life story (which my dad insisted on him doing) and answered most of my father's questions. I did some talking, but I wanted Taeyong to feel more comfortable around my parents. He didn't lay a hand on me. 

"We'll be right back, we need to pick up something from the car." My mom tells us, she grabs my father's wrist and they both head out, leaving Taeyong and I alone. 

"Are you ok?" I ask. He nods. "I'm beginning to feel more comfortable around your parents, its just that if I put my arm around you, I'm afraid your dad will snap at me." 

I sigh. "When I told my dad I have a boyfriend, he panicked because he knew how my ex treated me. He doesn't want you to be like that." I reply, looking down at my lap. Taeyong lifts my up my chin and makes eye contact. I cup his face and kiss his tender lips. He pulls me closer, carefully and before we knew it, we kissed when my parents came back. 

Taeyong and I pull apart and widen our eyes as my parents stared. Taeyong stands up and looks down at his feet. 

"Yeeeee!" my mom exclaims. "Don't be embarrassed, we know you guys are in love." My dad simply gave us a thumbs up without saying anything.

TAEYONG P.O.V 

"Hello sir, how may I help you today?" The worker of Dripping Diamonds (I just made that up lmao) greets me as I walk into the jewelry store. "Yes, um can you show me your selection of wedding rings?"

Taeil: Stacy, are you doing ok?

Stacy: Yeah, I'm packing right now

Taeil: Wow you're going to be here soon, I can't wait!

Stacy: You're so cute, I really miss you also. I want to learn more about you since I'll be in Seoul for good

Stacy: We've been just texting lol

Taeil: Ikr! I want to go on real dates and hold hands

Stacy : :) ❤️

Stacy:  I saw Simon Says and woah you're vocals are wow

Taeil: Thanks, we've been so busy 

Stacy: I can tell, how's Y/N, I heard about the accident 

Taeil: She's getting better, she hurt head most and broke her left arm and also twisted her ankle 

Taeil: Taeyong went to buy a wedding ring for her, he's planning to propose to her

Stacy: Omg that's amazing! Tell him congrats for me! I'm so happy for the two 

Taeil: Alright I will
