(So imma use different names because this is a nightmare I actually had and a few of my actual family members and I don't want to "exploit" them)
So, my house sits on a hill and in the backyard there was my swing that hung on a tree. My youngest sister "Amelia" wanted to swing on my swing a dusk.
My sister swung happily, closing her eyes to guard her from the blinding sun that would soon disappear.
Meanwhile, I was sadly looking at the green van that was submerged in to the creek at the bottom of the hill. The very same car that stole my mother's life.
I looked over to my little sister and she looked at me with a bright smile and I gave her a weak one back. We were interrupted when we both heard a faint voice call for my sister. "Amelia, sweetheart, it's me mom. Come here I miss you."
My sister immediately tried to run down to the creek, but I stopped her. First of all I knew that the creeks current was too strong, it would simply carry her away. And secondly, I knew for a damn fact that wasn't my mother.
I carried my sister and ran in to our house, but everyone was gone. I looked out our living room window and I was right that wasn't my mom. (She looked similar to the woman above in the picture) And she was floating in a eerie way towards the house. I once again, grabbed my sister and ran over to my aunts house. (She lives next door to us)
However when I gave her a quick brief of what was happening, she didn't at all believe me. But because we are her nieces she agreed to let us in, even though she thought I was insane. She tricked me and my sister twice by pretending that someone was coming for us. And when we got to the door, ready to run, she would cackle at us for being afraid. Of what she called nothing but I knew what I saw was real.
On the third time we heard her shriek from fear and I didn't bother to stop by my aunt and I dashed out the door. I ran back to my house because I didn't know where else to go, she would just follow us again.
Once we were inside the house we went in to my grandmother's room. We got under the covers and cried because at this point we both knew that this woman was going to take Amelia away. The door creaked open and the covers were peel back from our bodies. The woman leaned over and picked up my sister and walked out of the room. While sat I tears and did nothing to help my sister.
That was a real nightmare that I had, and that morning I woke up crying, and surprise, surprise I woke up in my grandma's bed, completely alone.
