My day started as complete shit. I overslept and my car wouldn't start. My parents had already left for work and I had no idea what to do. So I called an uber lucky they got there quickly. However I did wakeup to a very. Nice Good morning text from Brennan. He's so nice. I really do love him. I got to school and I went to my second period class which was English. I pull out my laptop and open it to realize that I didn't have it charge so my teacher not only held at me for being late but also yelled at me for not charging my laptop. I got through the rest of classes on thin ice. I failed three test and when I got to the last class I had to do an oral presentation that I didn't study for and I made a complete foul of myself.
After school I had practice for *sport you play* and it was awful. I got home and ate dinner then went to my room and started my homework that was going to last me hours. My phone was blowing up with calls and text and snapchats and even dms, the culprit was Brennan. I just ignored him because if I answered his call he would be able to tell that I was stressed.
About 10 minutes later someone knocks on my door and I assume its my mom asking me to do the dishes or something "Mom Im doing my homework can you get someone else to do" I Hear the door open and I spin around in my chair and its Brennan "What are you doing here"
"You haven't been answering any of my calls or text and I got worried"
"Ive just been really busy I have a shit ton of homework"
He gives me a sympathetic look and walks over to me and thats when I lost it I just broke down and started crying. He picked me up and carried me over to my bed and he held and whispered sweet things into my ear. I soon stopped crying.I was still upset tough and he could tell, damn he can see right through me, he always knows when Im lying or when I say Im ok and i'm really not, he knows.
He started trying to make me laugh, it was working. An idea then popped into his head and he got up and walked over to my guitar and picked it up and started singing.
"Don't worry about a thing, cause every little things gonna be alright" he sang
I started laughing at the fact that that he sucks and playing guitar but he's has a good voice.
"Why are you laughing at me"
"Cause you suck at playing guitar"
"Thats rude, at least I got you to laugh"
"Yeah You did. Thank you"
"Its by job to protect you and make you happy, and I love doing it"
I leaned over and put my lips on his. We kissed for about 5 seconds. I pulled away and he had a pout on his face like why'd you pulled away. I smiled and gave him a hug. When we pulled away he said "Next time plz don't shut me out when your felling bad, I always be there for you, for the rest of my life"
"For the rest of your life?"
"Yeah, for the rest of my life, your the girl that I'm going to marry and spend the rest of my life with."
I felt so much better now because of Brennan. I realized that next time something like this happens I won't ignore his calls. Infact I probably call him before he calls me. Because he always knows how to make me feel better. And... he's the guy I want to spend the rest of my life with.
