"But vooolt!" I was arguing with my older brother about me being more free. I turned 11 a week ago and still was unable to be out with friends.
"Trick," he says, sitting down, "I can't let you. You know how it was for me when I was eleven. Mom and Dad didn't let me go out."
I jumped. He hadn't said mom or dad in over a year. I teared up and ran to my bedroom. I opened the window and jumped out.
