Tom had surprised you with a trip to the Maldives. He knew that you were tired because of finals and exams - so he thought it would be perfect for both of you. He had some spare time before starting to film the sequel to Spider-man: Homecoming, and you were done with tests.
He even surprised you by taking Tessa with you, since you thought Tessa had to stay at home.
The sun was shining every day, and you, Tom and Tessa spent most of the days swimming and playing in the water. When you wanted just chill in the sun and enjoy reading some books (*cough* fanfics *cough*) Tom would lay beside you with Tessa.
Every evening, he would take you to a local restaurant. Later, you would sleep beside him as he stroked your hair and played with it. Tom whispered I love you's as often as he could through the entire trip.
In the mornings, you would wake up to see Tom laying peacefully beside you. Moments like that made you wish that you could stay with Tom forever.
What you didn't know, was Tom had hidden something from you. Something that would change your lives. A tiny little box with an engagement ring.
