"i'm home" jimin announced as soon as he closed the door.
"we don't need you to say it" jimin's mother replied coldly, stirring the soup she's making in the pot.
jimin just sighed. another day of insults and he just wants to stop it all.
"oh. the faggot has arrived" his father said when he saw jimin walking towards his room.
jimin just looked down, still walking to his room, not wanting anymore to hear hurtful words.
as soon as he entered his room and had locked his door, he angrily threw his bag, not caring if he hitted something.
he swept his hair back, sliding down until he touched the floor.
"hey mom!" a sixteen-year-old jimin greeted as he got home from school.
"chimmy! how's school?" his mom happily asked, giving his son a hug.
"it was cool mom. by the way, i kinda found someone?" jimin said, not sure if he should be telling this.
"really? who? i want to meet her!" his mom happily exclaimed and at the same time, his father arrived.
"hey. is the food cooked yet? oh hey, jimin" his father greeted his mother with a peck on his lips and gave jimin a hug.
"our chimmy here found someone already hon" his mom happily said to his father who is already looking at him with excitement.
"wow. we want to meet her okay? who's she by the way?" his father asked, wrapping his arm around his wife's shoulder.
"actually, it's a boy" jimin shyly said, rubbing the back of his neck.
jimin didn't hear any reply or reaction so he looked up to see his parents with wide eyes and parted lips.
"y-you're gay?" his mother asked, not believing at what jimin said.
jimin slowly nodded, biting his lower lip.
"i-i need to go to the bathroom" his mother stuttered, getting out from the grip of his husband.
"dad?" jimin called out but his father looked at him with furrowed eyebrows.
"a faggot, i see" his father said and jimin's eyes widened. he didn't expect his father to say that.
"i-"
"no need to explain. it's clear that you're gay. you're a faggot. it's disappointing" his father seriously said and jimin let the tears fall out from his eyes.
jimin punched the wall beside him as he remembered all those things.
he just wants his parents to accept him for who is he.
-
"yow! what happened to your hand?" yoongi asked as soon as he saw jimin.
jimin just ignored him, swiping his hair back.
"another insult day?" namjoon asked who is standing beside yoongi.
jimin just nodded, not wanting to talk about it.
"anyways, jungkook came here. he told us to tell you that there's no training for today" namjoon said. jimin just nodded again making the two look at each other before shrugging.
when they parted ways, jimin silently entered the theater room walking at the middle of the stage and laying down on the floor as he waited for his partner.
"we'll go now tae. remember what i told you"
"yes hyung. see you later"
jimin heard the door closed and some footsteps so he immediately put his arm over his eyes, looking like he was sleeping.
"jimin?" taehyung called out, slowly dropping his bag at the side of the stage before slowly walking towards jimin.
"hey, jim— what happened to your hand?!" taehyung shouted causing jimin to flinch.
he quickly sat up, looking at taehyung who is holding his hand.
"did you punch something?" taehyung worriedly asked, caressing jimin's hand which is bandaged.
"it's just a scratch" jimin reasoned.
"it looks more than a scratch" taehyung said sadly, pouting and jimin just wanted to hug him and say that it's okay as long as he's there.
"don't mind it. let's just practice okay?"
-
"okay! another great performance! you may go now" professor lee dismissed.
the two went to the side of the stage to get their bags, not talking for a while.
as soon as they got their bags, they quickly looked at each other.
"how's your hand?" taehyung quietly asked, looking at jimin's hand.
"it's good i think?" jimin replied, also looking at his hand.
"do you want to go to the clinic?" taehyung asked again when they started to walk out of the theater room.
"taehyung. i told you it's fine. you don't have to worry" jimin said while chuckling. taehyung just pouted.
"well okay then. i hope it gets better tomorrow" taehyung said, smiling cheekily as he grabbed jimin's hand, putting a kiss on the bandage making jimin's eyes go wide.
"w-what was that f-for?" jimin suttered when taehyung let go of his hand.
"my mom said that kisses can cure anything so there, i kissed it" taehyung explained, blushing.
"w-well, thank y-you" jimin thanked, trying to hide his blush.
"you're welcome! i'll go now" taehyung waved, happily walking out of the school.
you're making me go crazy kim taehyung
