Chapter 9

Piper POV

Annabeth stood up with a healer from the Apollo cabin and ran towards Emily. From the looks of things, Lacey was right, she wasn't breathing. Two of Apollo's kids took her out on a stretcher. Meanwhile I, was more interested in what Hannah had to say. I walked up to her.

"This probably isn't the best time, but if you would, I'd like you to tell me about what you meant by not mortal." I said.

She smiled and said "Of course I don't mind!"

"Come with me," I said, "So. What makes you think your not normal?"

"Well. Emily and I are actually sisters. We have been together forever. We're twins. We have to settle down into different lives, before they find out where we are. There was one time, when we were under the names of Bea and Tia. I was Bea, Emily was Tia. We were ill one day and we were at home, being bored. We decided to have a staring competition. We stared and suddenly there was a flash of light and a crackle of electricity. She asked me if I saw it and I was confused. We'd done it. Then she suggested to focus on her glass of water. We did and instead of electricity, a ball of water floated out of the glass. As we lost concentration, it plopped back into the glass. We worked on our powers more, and then had to deal with school. And then... well.... stuff happened... I kinda can't tell you coz there may be spoilers! By the way, you are my fav character in the Heroes of Olympus series! But. Yeah. Also, I think, like I was saying about the spoilers that when we change names and stuff, we may change time. I don't know-"

At that moment a lady with curly hair walked up and said "Spoilers!" Then walked off?!

"Was that River Song?" she shook her head. "Sorry, irrelevant. Any way. So that was one time. There was one, and we were kinda in this maze place? I don't know but I think Emily, or as she was known then, Harriet, knew what was going on. There have been others too. Each time, something is really....familiar. It was weird. Like I knew I should remember it, but I just couldn't..."

"Wow." I said. "That's quite a story. you know your logic about what Emily knows? I think your right. Oh and are Emily and Hannah your real names or what?"

"They are. Only Lacey, Liv, Elsie and Hattie know in the life we just came from. Everyone else thinks we're called Izzy and Clarissa." She said.

Suddenly we heard a scream coming from the infirmary. "Emily." She whispered.

"EMILY!" she screamed and ran....

I don't know who owns Catherine because her character is basically loads of baddies mixed together. So yeah.
