Chapter seven: Long ass drive to the airport

Annie's POV

I drive my car to the office not really in a good mood. And to be honest I do have good reasons to be in a crappy mood.

A.) I'm on my period

B.) Eddie is retiring from the creatures

C.) I have a week to spend with Eddie before he moves to Florida

D.) Dex is coming by the office today

I've known about Dex for a while now but haven't really met him. all I know is that he knows Jordan, and that Aleks was in a series, 'Sanity Not included', with him. I guess Jordan trusts me more then the guys to keep a secret about Dex becoming a new creature or something. Oh well. I pull into the parking lot at the same time Aleksandr, Dan, and Jordan got out of the building. "Are you guys going to pick up Dex from the airport?" I ask, walking over to Jordan's car with them. Jordan nods. "Yeah, wanna come?" He asks. "Sure!" I say in the most cheerful voice possible. I get in the car and notice Dan and Aleks staring. "Well aren't you happy today...?" Dan asks getting shotgun. Aleks gets in the back behind Jordan while I set behind Dan. I shake my head. " No, I'm just trying not to be a total bitch." I say. They still seem confused. "That time if the month." I explain. "ooh." Aleks and Dan say simultaneously. Then Jordan drives off to the airport. About half way into the trip Dan starts recording. "Are we there yet?" I ask whining. Dan points the camera at me as Jordan answers. "No, about forty-five minutes away." He says. I groan and lean my head against the window saying, "Fuck me." Dan laughs a little. "And here we see Annie during her period. This is very rare, almost never before as she never been this bitchy!" He says at the camera. "Yeah, Fuck you too." I say glaring at him and the camera. "Ok, moving on, here we see Aleks trying his best not to get attacked by Annie." Dan says, moving the camera to Aleks. He currently has a crazy face on, most likely meaning he's mock scared. I roll my eyes and look at Aleks. "Don't test me dude. I'll beat your ass." I say, my tone dead serious. Dan and Jordan laugh, and I smile a little, trying to keep a straight face.

Finally, we make it to the airport. I jump out of the car when we are in a parking spot. "Yes! finally, we arrive!" I yell, getting a couple stares from passing people. I just ignore them, haters gotta hate. I walk over to Aleksandr sling my arm around his shoulders. "Come on Aleks, let's GO!" I loudly say, draging him in a random direction I'm pointing at. "Annie, come back, wrong way!" Jordan yells, laughing really hard. I turn on my heel and pull Aleks with me again. "Come on Aleks, let's GO." Now running in the right direction. Aleks just stares at me, scared to make a move. he knows better than to try to remove my arm from his shoulder.
