chapter one

saras' pov:

waking up to the sound of my brother playing guitar is part of my morning routine. since he wakes up so early i hear it throughout the house almost every morning that he is home. and as always, i woke up to the sound of him playing and singing along to "happier". i took my phone off the charger and laid in bed scrolling through social media. when i finished that i sent a good morning text to my best friend kian, and then decided to get dressed.

for today's outfit, i grabbed a plain under armor hoodie and some leggings. i laid my outfit on my bed and jumped in the shower. having long, thick brown hair, makes the washing process quite long. after my shower, i did my skincare routine and started on my makeup. i decided on a natural look without any eyeshadow. i grabbed my phone and headed downstairs. i grabbed everything i needed to make breakfast and got started cooking. my brother and i live with our dad and stepmom, but our dad is out of town a lot, so we're stuck with my stepmom most of the time. she doesn't like us much and tends to be rude all the time, but she is a great manager. ever since my brother and i gained an online following, she has managed everything from brand deals to shows and even our uploading dates. i try to be friendly to her but it never seems to change anything. she came upstairs and told me, "sara you and shawn need to pack your bags, you've been invited on a tour around america called magcon." i was so excited i had to tell shawn, i raced upstairs and told him the news, we quickly got to packing. i packed jeans and shorts, a few cute bathing suits, lots of hoodies, crop tops, halter tops, toiletries, my flat iron and curler, and my laptop bag. i even threw in a few cute dresses, just in case!

we were leaving the house at 6 so i had plenty of time to chill around the house. i threw on a netflix movie and decided to text kian.

sara- hey! guess what? i'm packing to go to the states!                                                                                   kian- wait really? where are you going? can you visit me?                                                                                  sara- shawn and i were invited to magcon!                                                                                                          kian- dude thats awesome! i gtg but ill text ya later!

i still had lots of time so i went to go bug shawn. "hey are you excited about leaving canada?" i asked him. "of course, we get to perform, see our fans and of course see my boys" he replied. although i was excited to do those things, i was so nervous to meet the magcon boys.  i left shawns' room to go film a video, filming always calms my nerves. i asked my fans to send me questions on twitter and filmed a quick q&a because i hadn't done one on my channel in a long time. a couple hours later my stepmom called up to us telling us it was time to head out. i grabbed my suitcase and backpack and got in the van.  our flight was a bit delayed but the time we got to the airport we had enough time to go through processing and board the plane. i fell asleep almost immediatley and when i woke up we had just landed. when we got off the plane and got our bags, shawn spotted a group of boys and ran over to them. one turned and looked my way, i was so shocked, it was-
