Chapter 1

unpopular, that would be a good word to describe me. in a school of 2000, I have 3 friends who have known me since year 4 when I moved primary school. Alyssa, Scarlett and Una have all known each other since reception so have an unbreakable connection. I somehow slot into their little friendship group, like a puzzle piece thats slightly faded on a bright colourful jigsaw puzzle. They are some of the most exciting girls i have ever met. And well, then there is me. Savannah. Plain, average Savannah . That was until, my Dad got a promotion at work; the opportunity to be the manager of a brand new state of the art Apartment Block. Of course I was ecstatic for the whole idea and new flow of life. Until I got told we'd live in the a-list celebrity apartment block. along with the co manager and his son. Alfie Peters. The same guy I have had a secret crush on, ever since I was 8. The same guy who is the most attractive, most smart, most popular guy there is in Patrick High. this is the story about how becoming Alfie's neighbour, changed my school life, forever...

sorry it was short, I just wanted to introduce the whole story. also you may notice that the cool handsome popular guy is not the school football captain. but a smart guy. this is because I think the average cliché high school story is about the nerd falling in love with the sporty guy, but I think the smart guys can be hot too. smart is the new sport
