"Oh my gosh! It's happening today! Today! I can't believe it! I'm going on my first ever cruise! I'm so excited" Alexis thought as she ran out of the door and jumped into the car, where her parents were waiting.
"Ready to go Alexis?" Asked Mrs Pellago.
"I was born ready mum, let's go!"
It took the Pellagos around 20 minutes to find the dock and get all their luggage tagged and onto the big cruise liner. The ship was called the "ALISON", named after the first person ever to steer this ship.
"Attention! Attention! People waiting to board the "ALISON" please prepare for boarding" called the announcer over the microphone
"Alexis!! Alexis!!" Called Mr Pellago
"We are boarding now, come over here! I don't want to lose you"
And with that, Alexis and her family boarded he ship and were ready for their adventure to New Zealand!
