Tokyo dawned hectic that Friday. Maybe it was the desire to make the week finally come to an end, but even before the clock struck at eight o'clock, the streets were already full of workers and students.

The alarm clock did not ring, not because they had forgotten to program it, just because there was no reason to get up so early.

Unfortunately, after years of waking up specifically at a particular time, it seemed that Akashi's biological clock was not de-programmed, even though it was a day off. And that's exactly what got him to the uncomfortable position he was in at that moment.
Your head, once resting alone on the pillow, searched up to an inch of space as the blue threads were unkempt on his face. He could not move his body, he was blocked by the small structure practically lying on top of him.

He could already feel the tingling sensation in his right arm when his boyfriend made the first move after hours lying down. The blue-haired young man shuddered and went to the other side of the bed, taking the blanket in an unconscious act and covering himself. Seijuro sighed with relief as his arm returned to normal.

Now the sunlight was over the curtain, lighting Tetsuya's face. Calm breathing and relaxed countenance brought the redhead a peace he did not even consider possible with all the stress he had on his work.

This was really a day of peace, since neither would have to suffer from such things.

Akashi got up as quietly as he could and left the room, still in his pajamas, and closed the door. The clock ticked almost 9:30 in the morning, it was still early to prepare lunch and late for breakfast, but I was hungry and I was sure Kuroko would also wake up, after all the pizza they ate the night before did not kept in the stomach for a long time.

He walked down the hall and down the stairs, into the simple but clean kitchen. Facing the sink, the short curtain of the open window was charged by the wind, explaining why the house was so cold.

Sighing, he closed the source of the cold that had passed the night and began to work, putting the water to boil. He had known Kuroko since high school, and because of that he ended up gaining some manias, like every morning drinking tea instead of coffee.

When the water began to boil, Seijuro switched off the fire and added the tea, capping the kettle while taking two cups, placing it on top of the sink. He pulled a white pot from the back of the cabinet, opening it and the scent of vanilla candy invading the room.

Serving the tea ready, he added the vanilla and the sugar, putting less in his, after all he was not much fan of sweet things. He set the cups on the table and turned to pick up a spoon when he felt a pair of arms circling his waist.

Kuroko had gotten up earlier than expected and managed to pass the redhead's field of vision, just as she did in high school. A smile could not stop running through Akashi's lips as the younger boy loosened his hold from behind and went to the table, sitting in front of the blue cup and looking at him.

Still not saying a word, he handed the boy the spoon he had picked up and also sat down, watching Tetsuya mix the vanilla tea.

Kuroko's thin fingers circled the glass, bringing it to his lips to pick up the sweet liquid. And Seijuro followed his eyes with each movement, smiling with the delicacy of blue.

Realizing that she was being watched, Tetsuya put the cup on the table and looked at the redhead. He had not touched the tea, doubted even to have it mixed. Taking the spoon he used from the table, he rose from his chair and leaned forward, placing the spoon in his boyfriend's cup.

In the same position, he looked up and smiled at Akashi. They have not said a word since they woke up that morning.

The first two words they should have said did not leave any of them. The 'good morning' remained stuck in their mouths, and it was not even necessary to say when they got together. The message was conveyed when languages intertwined. Everything the couple tried to convey was enough with this act.

It was their way of telling each other a "good day" and a "I love you" at the same time.
