Chapter Twelve

Laxus POV

As I open the door to get the mail, I see a purple and yellow gift box with a white bow saying 'For Laxus ; From Lucy' I pick up the mail, and the package.

I throw the mail on the table and head to my room. While I was walking towards my room, I was interrupted by room mate Gajeel. "What's that? A gift from your lovey dovey girlfriend?" He asks, smirking. "No, it's from my loving sister." I answer back. I brush past him, and entered my room, cosing the door behind me with my foot.

As I sit down on the edge of my bed, I carefully untie the bow and open up the box. Inside was a pair of gaming headphones with a spike on both sides, the Ultra Gamer Headphones v1.2. As I take them out, I see a card on the bottom of the box. I stride to my computer and place the new headphones on the desk, and sit in my wheelie chair. I read the card.

'Dear Laxus, I hope you enjoy the gift! I knew you always wanted a pair of these, so I decided to get them for you. Think about me when you play you video games when you use these, or when you listen to your weird music. Also don't EVER lose these, they were expensive! I love you big bro! With love, Lucy, your weird little sister!'

I smile when I read it. I'm so lucky to have a sister like her!

Mira's POV

I went out to get some fresh air, but instead I ended picking up a carefully wrapped red box with a light pink bow holding it all together. As I went out to the courtyard, I sat down on a bench carefully yanking the end of the bow to untie it. I open the box and I see a light yellow and white plaid top with three buttons, frilled for the top of the dress. I took the dress out revealing the rest of it. It had a white sash in the middle of it, and a pastel yellow skirt, with white layers underneath the yellow fabric. I smile, it was pretty. As I fold the dress to put it back in the box, I see a card. 'Dear Mira, it's Lucy! I hope you like the dress. I know it's weird to get someone I just met a gift, but I have a feeling that we'll be good friends in the future. Just remember, if you need a shoulder to cry on, I'm always here. Your (hopefully) friend, Lucy'

Wendy's POV

I skipped to the door, as I followed Carla's directions, 'Go get the mail.' I open the door to see instead of mail, two gift boxes were on the doorstep. One blue with a yelow bow, and another white with a hot pink bow. I pick them both up and head in. "What's that?" Carla asks. "Gifts from..." I read the tags. "Lucy!" "Really? But we just met her..." Carla trailed off. "No matter let's open them up!" I say, untying the bow on my own gift.

I open up the box and inside was the latest edition of the Fairy encyclopedia! I squeal of excitement. I gingerly place the book by my side, and took the card that was from the bottom. 'Dear Wendy, I know we just met, but you're a really nice girl adn hopefully we become friends in the future. I got the book, knowing that you like Fairies (Thanks to your brother) I hope you enjoy reading that! From,Lucy'

Carla's POV

As I look over at Wendy reading her card, I open my gift. It was hair ties! Just what I needed! I open up the card and read what it said inside. 'Dear Carla, I hope you like those hair ribbons! It looked like you needed them when you were brushing the hair out of you face in class. As I said with Wendy's and Mira's card, I hope we become good friends. Well, I honestly don't know what to write now... Have a nice day! With love, Lucy'

After I read the card, I carefully tie my hair back with the new ribbon Lucy gave me.

Juvia's POV

As Juvia went to go for a walk, Juvia saw a light blue package, with a darker blue bow. Juvia picks it up and sits down on the ground. Juvia unties the bow and opens it, inside was a beautiful blue necklace. Juvia sets it down on her lap and reads the card.

'Dear Juvia, I hope you like the necklace I got you. I thought it would suit you because of your beautiful blue locks. I also thought and hoped that we will be good friends in the future, having said that Juvia this is where my writing comes to a stop. Lots of love, Lucy'

Juvia smiles at the heartfelt card, but then Juvia spots Juvia's love Gray! Juvia runs over and hugs Gray and asks "Will you put this on for Juvia, Gray-Sama?" " Not in a million years creep!" Love says as he runs away. Juvia runs after him, waving the necklace around.

Erza's POV

I was about to go to the bakery to pick up some more sweets, I see a round white package with a red bow. I pick it up and go back into my dorm. I undo the bow, to reveal a beautiful strawberry shortcake! I took the card that was on top of it's packaging 'Dear Erza, Rumor had it you liked sweets, especially strawberry cake! So I got you one for Christmas! I hope we become friends!  Have a very merry Christmas! -Lucy' I smile at the card and grabbed a fork and started eating the cake! YUMMY!

Levy's POV

As I groggily open my door, my foot bumps into something. I pick up an orange and light blue gift. I open it up on the spot to see 'Harry Potter: The Cursed Child' I jumped up and down happily. I opened the card within it. 'Dear Levy~Chan, I wish you a very merry Christmas! I love you, bestie! I hope you enjoy the new book I got you! Lots of love, Lucy!' I absolutely love her!

I rush in my room and grabbed the wrapped guitar. I ran to Lucy's room and shook her awake. "What is it Levy~Chan?" She asks, one eye open. "Here!"I  say handing the wrapped guitar to her. "You didn't! Did you?" She quickly opened the gift, gasping "THANK YOU SO MUCH LEVY~CHAN!" "No problemo!" I say hugging her.
