Kiya Pov I remember it so well when I found out I was the one to take care of a dangerous dinosaur I was young my parents were dead until Claire adopted me even though she was now my mom I still call her Claire we were in a lab I was next to her as she talked to this guy who I didn't bother to know his name I was looking at these new dinosaur eggs when all of a sudden one of them started to crack open I stare at it until I see it staring at me I stare back

It then started to open it's shell more until it was fully out Claire then saw this and got everyone's attention the dinosaur was fully out of its shell I hear Claire say it's a boy I kept looking at him as he kept looking at me then people started to surround him I know why they did this it's to make him confused on like who's his mom but it's to late when he saw me he imprinted that I am his mother(or that's what she thinks) I was thinking for awhile that I can see him scared and looking for me to do something I walk up to the door where you could let them out I opened it and everyone looked at me if I was insane Claire tried to stop me but it was to late I went inside and once I was he can up to me and I picked him up and held him softly in my arms everyone was shocked mostly Claire then I here some more cracking sounds and looked over at the other egg and see it was hatching the dinosaur in my arms looked over to I guess his sibling and growled at it I calmed him down buy petting his head his twin came up to me and rubbed his leg against my leg I smiled and rub his he I then hear the one I'm holding growl again but I hold him closer to let him know it's ok and he calms down again then I hear someone talk to Claire
Man: Well it seems she must take care of them as she's there new mother
Claire: But she's a child!
Kiya: I'll take care of them
Man: It's settled then keep you're eye on them
Kiya: Yes Sir.... ----------------------------------------------------------- 5 years later
I was 10 now and I worked with more dinosaurs and right now I'm feeding my Gilliminus but then I get a phone call I finish feeding them and pick it up and I hear Claire's voice on the other end
Claire: Kiya I need you to get here to the Indominus Rex cage right now!
Kiya: Why did something happen to them?!
Claire: I'll tell you when you get here!
She hangs up on me and I quickly ran to the Indominus cage they were my first I named the one I held Rico and the second born Lucas and right now they don't have there big cage yet sence there not to big yet in about 7 more years and they'll be in a huge Cage there up to my nose, but once I got there I ran in the room where I see Claire
Kiya: What happened!
Claire: There was an accident between both Indominus siblings
Kiya: What did they do?!
Claire: They got into a fight first I was told they were growling, then they were roaring at each other then fought and once I got here I was told that.....
Kiya: Told what!?
Claire: The first born ate his younger sibling.....
I look at her in shock he did, that he ate his sibling I then start to walk back out the door when Claire called me
Claire: Where are you going?
Kiya: Going to see if Rico is at least save and those damn soldier didn't do anything to him
Claire: No it's to dangerous to go in there!
Kiya: He well need me he's probably scared I'm his mother and I was told to keep an eye on them!
Claire: As YOUR mother you will do as I say and stay out of there!
Kiya: You may have adopted me but I am not you're child you are my boss and that's it!
With that I left and went to Rico to see if he's ok and they didn't hurt him for what he did and besides this is what happens with siblings and dinosaurs they fight and one dies but... I loved them both and knowing Lucas gone is going to be hard but I have to suck it up once I was as the cage door I put the password it and walk in door locking behind me I look around it there medium size jungle not seeing Ricardo anywhere
Kiya: Rico where are you it me Mama
I heard some leafs move behind me and I turn around and I know he can camouflage but I see his red eyes staring at me I smile softly
Kiya: Come on Rico I know you didn't mean it I'm not mad just upset that all please come out
He walks out and I see him he must have grown a bit he's way taller now I must have missed calculate, probably since he has so many different DNA his grow process is messed up, now I stick out my hand and he immediately puts his snout on it and I rub it he then pushes me down and my back against the tree laying on my lap I then notice the dry blood still on his mouth I feel tears come down he literally ate Lucas my tears landed on his head and Ricardo opens his eyes and looks at me seeing me cry and he uses his head and wipes my tears away
Kiya: Let's rest awhile I need some rest and I bet you do too
He responds by laying back down on my lap and I just lean up against the tree and look at the sky that is now more dark then it was before and more tears fell I then see an image of Lucas and I smile knowing I won't forget him I then look down on Rico and rub his head then soon I feel my eyes getting tired and soon enough I fell asleep into a deep slumber ----------------------------------------------------------- Hello Dinosaur Lover I hope you enjoy the first chapter of this story and please vote and comment if you want and with that the next chapter......
