Let me take you back a while... 6 months ago 'Yes mom I understand' 'Ok ok bye love you' , I said hanging up the phone. I went to my bed to see if I can intern in anyway to make me more "busy" as my mother says. You see I moved away from my parents, hoping to be more what's the word... FREE. But now instead of following my dream I'm stuck in this over priced apartment in the middle in New York City not making one move toward my dreams. Now I lay here on my laptop trying to figure out what's next for me.

I tapped on the link. It sent me too a page asking for my info then giving me a time and I date to come in for an interview and in bold says dress to impress. Ok then. A day later The day I was dredging the most, I actually have to try. I got up and took a shower. And then put on some makeup a smoky eye, mascara and some foundation. Then I went to my closet trying to find something that was formal but still sexy. I came up on this dress

I shimmied my way through this dress. I eventually got it on and looked at myself in the mirror. 'Eh I could do better', I say shrugging my shoulders grabbing my purse and phone. I then ordered an Uber to drive me to my interview.
I walked up to the big building in front of me considering I'm 5'3 I probably look like a teenager waiting for her daddy. I smile at the fact I thought of that. I mentally prepared myself for what's going to happen next. But I never prepared my mind for what I was going to go through. Sorry this is super long I just felt the urge to write considering I haven't done it in such a long time. Anyway thank you for read my book it means a lot to me.❤️-Ella
