I kissed him. After I left the coffee shop, I did a lot of thinking. I thought about Ashton. I thought about how I never really was too interested in girls. I never thought I could be gay. It never crossed my mind. But when I saw Ashton I immediately felt a connection. I felt like I wanted to be close to him at all times. But I know there's something special about him. I'm not quite sure what it is yet but I'll figure it out. We still stood there in my entry way, his back against the door and my hands upon his waist. We were breathing heavy from lack of oxygen during our make out session. I could tell he was thinking.
"What are you thinking about?" I questioned softly. He turned his head away from me, avoiding eye contact.
"I'm scared. Not.. Of you but of trusting you."
"I won't hurt you Ash. I promise. You can trust me."
He nodded gently. And smiled.
"Stay the night with me? Please?" He nodded again.
I lifted his chin up and pressed my lips to his in a loving way. No lust. Just an unspoken promise of love. I lifted his small body in my arms and brought him upstairs to my room, knowing my parents weren't going to be home tonight.
"You know I could have walked Lucas. I am a big boy." Ashton spoke, humor prominent in his voice.
"Well maybe I felt like carrying you. Problem?" I fired back, slipping my shirt and jeans off. "You should probably just sleep in your boxers, its hot and I'm sure you'll be more comfortable." He visibly tensed at my suggestion.
"Um.. I don't think that's a good idea. I'm fine. Really. Its not hot at all. And I'm comfortable. " I knew something was up. He's hiding something. Inching closer to him, I sit on my bad and pull him down on my Lap.
"Please tell me what's wrong babe. Please."
"Promise you won't judge me or hate me or leave me?" He asked quietly.
"I promise."
He sighed but didn't speak. All he did was pull up his sleeve and I understood right then.
