True love only happens in stories where we imagine the things that will never happen in real life. We tend to fantasized our dream soulmates: their appearance, their personality, and other characteristics that will suit our standards for the person we are willing to stay with forever. Yet in real life, no one can be as perfect as the characters we are imagining. There will always be flaws and something that will break our visions about having a perfect partner.

The life of Nickariah Rodriguez is somewhat the life that everyone would want to have. Her parents are one of the most famous business owners around the city of Davao. Yet, life has never been easy as people think. She needs to exert so much effort just to gain attention from her busy parents. They always need to go abroad to manage their business well. Since then, Nicka had taught to herself that she needs to make her parents proud in every aspect to seek for their attention.

On the other side comes Derick Joseph Laurel, which is the total opposite of Nicka. His parents was also one of those famous business owners in Davao City. At the young age, he also seek for his parent's attention by doing the things that a little child would never imagine to do. While growing, he taught to himself that his parents never care for him, so he decided to rebel against them. No one can handle his behavior, even her Nanny Cita, who stand as his mother.

Will opposites really do attract? Or will their differences be the reason for them to repel and hurt each other?
