I'm sorry if these chaps are boring because I want to get to the main point and these are important. Bear with me.
"I can't believe you're really leaving" Nick sighed looking at his brother.
"I don't want to leave either..its just..work stuff. Expanding business isn't easy boy" he said filling the trunk with luggage. "I promise I'll be back in time of your graduation and then we'll party but just..take care of yourself buddy" he said cupping his face in hands. "You're all I have boy"
They both shared a long hug before letting go for good but none of them knew it. Sometimes life takes it all from you but fallacies make you do things you never thought you could do.
"Oh and..tell me when you make a move on that Spencer girl" he laughed from the car window and drove away.
--------
"So..tell me what do you find difficult in this subject" She asked sipping from her coffee mug.
"Umph-a-everything! The tenses, the grammar, the sentence formation" he replied.
"Okay then, I guess first we have to work on your tenses" she concluded looking up at him while he was busy staring at her.
"Are you from Rosewood?" he asked out of nowhere, making attempts for a conversation.
"No! I-I'm from Greendale"
"Oh! Your family still lives there?" he inquired.
"I-I don't have a f-family. It's just my dad" she hesitated because family was a topic of her life she always hated. "What about you?"
"Oh I-I have a big brother. His name is Toby and he is my all in all since our dad died in a crash and I never m-met my mom" he sighed looking at the ground. "But Toby is my everything and my mentor and my whole family. You know what he's-he's got blue eyes from our mom and I got green from my mom and we both were blond but when he dyed his hair brown I dyed black and we both laughed so hard when we saw each other and.." he kept on blabbing in excitement.
"Hey! give me a break boy" she laughed looking at his excited expressions. "You seem so close to your brother"
"Yea-yeah we love each other so much. He's all I have"
"Its lovely to know that people still exist who care so much about their families! Can we proceed now?" she asked smilingly as he nodded smilingly.
A few weeks later..
"So tell me about that girl, huh? Whats up with her?"
"I just..I don't know..I really..really like her Toby and I she likes me too"
"How does she even look like? When do I get to meet her? Are you ..like..real serious about her?"
"I'll show you when you get home and we'll meet her when the little problem between us is solved and yes! I-I really think that..that I really really like her and its the first time I've been serious about somebody in such a short time" he said teeth smiling.
"What problem by the way? Please tell me she's not some sixty year old pedo because last time you were serious about someone was when you were 10 and you had a severe crush on our 25 year old maid" he laughed.
"Uh..n-no it's not like that. She likes me and I like her!" he lied looking into the camera about her one-sided feelings towards her teacher.
"What about other stuff? Tell me your not into drinking buddy" Toby said playing with his Rubik cube, rotating in his seat.
"N-no! I'm not drinking Toby" he smiled looking down on the ground, that was something he does when he's lying.
"Oh my god! You.Are.Drinking, aren't you boy?" he inquired putting down his cube.
"I-I'm sorry bro I just..not too much just a little bit now and then" he confessed.
"Nick! I left you on your own because I know that you won't take the wrong path buddy. Please don't let me down and Don't.Ever.Lie to me..Understand?"
"Yes" he nodded. "I miss you Toby" he said out of nowhere.
"I know buddy I do too..Jus-just don't ever lie to me again please. You know I love you and I'll always be there for ya champ no matter what!" he said and smiled. "Take care Nicki"
"You too bro" they smiled and the video chat ended.
----------
"Okay so now tell me an example of complex English sentence" she asked.
"Damien had some doubts about her skills, she found the courses very useful' it has a dependent clause, followed by an independent clause"
"Very good Nick! See you can do it!"
"Thanks Ms. Hastings! Can I-umph-use the washroom?"
"Yeah sure..It's straight in the bedroom" she replied as he started walking, making his way towards the bedroom.
He left his mobile lying there and it chimed when a notification appeared.
*Motion detected in CCTV*
She stared at it for a while and couldn't control the urge to see what it was. Maybe it was important and she should tell him but instead she clicked on the 'SHOW' button and revealed a footage of him roaming around her bedroom.
For an instance she couldn't believe what she was watching. She had a concrete proof of him perving on her and her hands were trembling holding his phone when he walked out of her room and saw the mobile in her hands.
"What is this Nick?" she said with bloodshot eyes. "Have you been-"
"Ms. Hastings I-I can explain..I just-" his words were interrupted by a slap.
"How dare you?" tears appeared in her eyes by anger and disgust.
"Get out of my house?" she shouted. "Now!"
"Spencer!" he shouted back. "Listen to me please..Please let me explain" he pleaded.
"I said just get the fuck out of my house before I call the police" she shouted again.
"Dammit! I love you" he screamed looking her in the eyes. "Can't you see?"
"Are you even in your senses Nick? Do you even know what you're talking about?"
"Yes I know what I'm talking about Spencer"
"Its Ms. Hastings and you are not welcome here anymore. Find yourself another tutor" she said slamming the door on his face.
"Spencer please listen to me" he pleaded from outside the home. "I'm really really serious about it. Please I never felt like this ever before please let me explain myself"
"Go away Nick! and don't ever try to come back or I'll report you"
Love! for Nick was just a word before he met her but now it was his whole life. Alas! that he never thought about things before doing them and that led to destruction of her life.
