Jinhee's P.O.V
As I scream I run for my life through the forest but bump into a tree and everything goes black. I quickly sit up panting heavily as I just realise that I had another nightmare. Tears are streaming down my eyes as I look over at my boyfriend and take a sigh of relief to see that he is sleeping soundlessly. I walk downstairs and grab a glass of water to calm my guts down. With sweat trickling down my head and neck and tears on the verge of falling out a glass of water should do.
As I started drinking the water I felt a pair of arms snake around my waist I jumped a little and quickly turned around. There standing proud and tall was the person I loved most, with perfect facial features and breathtaking eyes that looked at me with sincerity and concern while his perfect strong toned arms wrapped around me protectively, the only one that my heart ever yearned for, Jungkook. 'Jungkook...' I slowly whispered as I to wrapped my arms around him and buried my face into the crook of his neck 'What's wrong baby ?' he said with concern in his eyes 'N-nothing I'm f-fine, go back to sleep Jungkook you need it' I managed to choke out without crying. I pulled away from the hug and turned around to finish my water. Just as I was about to place my glass in the sink I felt a pair of arms lift me up and swing me over their shoulder. I looked and saw Jungkook carrying me around the corner back into our room. He gently placed me down and looked deeply into my eyes. I could tell that my eyes were about to water again as I looked into his eyes.
I quickly looked away and flipped back over to my side of the bed and closed my eyes. 'Baby... talk to me' he said ever so softly while rubbing my back gently. 'Nightmares...' Was all I managed to say before crying again. "Aww it's ok baby I'm here... I'm always here." he cooed while rocking me in his arms. Soon my sobs turned into sniffles. "Can you please sing for me ?" I asked looking up at him. "Anything for you" he said as he smiled. His calming voice soon helped me drift off to sleep and he laid me back down and ever so gently kissed my forehead. "Goodnight my princess" he whispered before going back to sleep.
