New School

ENTOAN'S POV:

I watch as my brother's car turns a corner, then I turn towards the building in front of me.

My new school.

I walk through the front doors, and follow a teacher's directions to the office. When I get their I'm instructed to wait, while the class representative comes.

After a few minutes a girl around my age walks in. She has brown gold ombré and blue green eyes.

All in all she is gorgeous.

I suddenly feel self conscious about my kind of emo style. With my piercings and black clothes and not to mention, my hair.

She walks over to me and sticks out her hand. "You must be Entoan Gunner."

I shake her hand saying "Yes."

She smiles and says "I'm Olive Darris, your class rep. Anyways shall we go?"

"Okay."

Soon it's time for lunch, and I find that I actually really like this Olive Darris.

She takes me to a table where there are 5 people.

"Hey guys, this is Entoan. Entoan, this is Jess, Minx, Krism, Necro and Ohm."

They all say hi to me, and I say hi back.

After a few minutes, Minx asks Olive "Is he coming to the Moonlight Gathering, tonight?"

"Maybe, Hey Entoan, do you want to come?"

"What is it?"

"We, meaning the people at this table and a few others, hang out at school at night every few weeks. It's really fun."

"I'll have to see what my parents say."

"Why don't you call them now?" Suggests Necro.

"Okay."

I get up from the table and pull out my phone. I call my brother, knowing dad wouldn't care, and mum, well mum isn't exactly around anymore.

"Hey bro," Josh says.

I roll my eyes and reply "Hey."

"So how is school?"

"Cool."

"Made any friends?"

"Yeah a few," I say. A small smile soon graces my face.

"Awesome, any cute girls?"

I can practically hear the smirk through the phone.

"Dude!" I complain.

He laughs and then asks:

"Why are you calling?"

"Oh nothing, just wanted to know if I can stay at school tonight, a group of kids here do it every few weeks."

"What time will you get back home?"

"Not sure, I won't be more than a few hours."

After a little while I start to worry that he'll say no.

But then he says "Fine, call me when I need to pick you up, but don't stay any longer than 10."

"Okay, thanks."

With that he hung up.

I look back to the table, to see Olive watching me nervously.

I smile and give the thumbs up. Her face bursts into a huge smile, and I make my way over.
