Amnesia

Lloyd's Pov

Kai and Zane had filled me in on the letter and what we had to do. But as their leader it was up to me to make the final call. They had half our team... I don't know what they want from a paralyzed leader... I'm a laughing stock. I don't see why I wouldn't turn myself over... It doesn't seem right to leave Nya, Jay, and Cole with these people. What if they hurt them? That note was not very clear on what conditions we would get our team back in... And that's what scared me the most.

Unknown's Pov

"Ow, Cole!" The blue one whined as they fought over the small bed in the cell. "Shut up you peasants" I ordered as I narrowed my eyes. I couldn't help but snicker internally at their childish behaviors! They act like chickens with their heads cut off! Which to be fair is what they're about to be. "We aren't peasants! What makes you better than us?!" The female asked obviously annoyed. "Because I'm the future Empress of Ninjago" I said giving them a sickening grin.

Nya's Pov

I was quite nervous... I couldn't remember what had happened... all I remember was going out to look for Jay. I tried prying on the vengestone bars but it's no use. That's when I remembered that Jay could break vengestone! "Jay! Can you break the vengestone?" I asked quietly so Cole couldn't hear us. 'If Jay wishes for the others to not know then it's not my secret to spill' I thought calmly. "I can try... I don't really remember how I did it" He said walking up to the bars and whacking them. I held my breath but nothing happened. "We're never getting out of here" Cole said as he laid down.

Kai's Pov

We were currently trying to talk Lloyd out of giving himself up. But it wasn't working in our favor. At the end of the day he is still the Master. We spent literally the rest of the day into the next morning before we finally gave up. It was decided Lloyd would go to the cavern and turn himself in.

We were currently flying on our dragons(Lloyd on the back of mine) to the cavern and I was NOT happy about it. I miss my sister and I want her to be ok... but Lloyd is like a little brother and it doesn't seem right to trade one brother for two more and a sister. We arrived at the cavern and started walking in. "Are you sure you want to do this?" I asked Lloyd as we helped him walk through the cavern. "No... But it has to be done" Lloyd said quietly. We kept walking until we were met with this gate that had a large symbol on it.

"That's the symbol for power" Zane informed us as we walked through it. "Are you guys sure this is a good idea?" I asked nervously. I was never really this nervous going into a mission... but normally you're not walking with your brother to basically SACRIFICE him! It wasn't long before we came face to face with some thugs. "Our master will see you Master Lloyd" One of them said grabbing Lloyd and dragging him away from us. I winced subconsciously as I saw the pain in his eyes. "If you value your lives leave this instant" One of the quieter ones said tossing Nya, Cole and Jay at us. "Hey get your hands off me!" Nya said pushing them away. "I'm going to get in so much trouble for this but take this vile and put it in tea and it will reverse the curse" They said quickly as they shut the gate.

Lloyd's Pov

They brought me towards this throne where this girl sat her faced clothes in red cloth. "Who are you?" I asked nervously. She stood up and walked towards me "I am she who should not be named, and I'm so glad you've decided to come to my little gathering" She said darkly. "Why do you want me? I don't know if you've realised but I don't have my golden power anymore... I lost that many years ago" I explained. "Oh sweet little Lloyd... You're so silly" She said walking over and playing with my hair before whispering into my ear. "I'm not after your power Lloyd... You are weak compared to the power I withhold" She said her voice laced with poison. "Then why do you need me?" I asked furiously. 'How dare she call me weak!' I thought angrily. "Because you have relations with the princess... and I want to be Queen" She said dragging me into the dark. 

A/N: And that's the end of book one! Book two will be coming out soon! I know this book took a turn but I promise the next one will explain a lot of the plot holes.
