Colleen's point of view:

"Haters back off" is a show that I've worked on for so long. I had the idea of making a show for about 9 years now. It's been a dream come true since Netflix picked up my show. Me and my brother have been writing this show and coming up with the characters and their personalities for years now. We filmed season one a while ago and it aired on Netflix. Getting a lot of support from my fans has been truly amazing since Netflix picked up my show for a season two. It has been such an amazing feeling seeing all of those characters I created years ago come to life. But of course I couldn't have done this all by myself. The constant support from my fans and also my family has been one of the most helpful things, but what made those thoughts in my head become a reality was the actors playing the characters I've created. Me with my team did an amazing job casting. Angela Kinsey was chosen to play Miranda's mom Bethany, Steve Little played Miranda's uncle, Francesca Reale played Emiliy, Miranda's sister, and Erik Stocklin got chosen for the role of Patrick, Miranda's love intrest.

"Scene 24, episode 7, take 3!" yelled the director.

I did my part and was done for today. Shooting season two was coming to an end, one more episode and we would finish. Seeing my dreams come true in front of my eyes was such an overwhelming feeling. I have made such wonderful friends with all of the actors, but... there is something I'm not really proud to admit. I have a huge crush on Erik Stocklin. Erik is pretty much everybody's dream guy. He is the sweetest most genuine person...not to mention he is really hot. But eh, it doesn't matter. He will never like someone like me. He deserves better.

Erik's point od view:

This past year has been crazy. I got picked up for a show that I truly think is amazing. We filmed season one and it turned out awesome, so good that the show got picked up for a season two. But the best part of all of this was the writer, producer and co-director of the show...yes I'm talking about one person. Colleen Ballinger. She was the most hard-working, selfless, wonderful woman on earth. Can't deny that I have a ginormous crush on her. For the past couple of months we were getting closer but just as friends... what am I thinking... she will never even think about liking me.
