I was putting my hair up when the bell rang. I was home alone so I had to get up. -groan- "I'm coming!!" when I ran down the stairs. The bell repetativly rang now, "I said I'm coming!" getting annoyed I began to sprint to the door. Let me just say. Dumbest. Move. Ever. When I was running down I missplaced my foot and hit the wall.. I groaned as I wabbled to the door. "What." I said slightly irritated from the fall. As I stared forward I noticed the persons chest was at my level, so I slightly titled my head up. Surprised, I naturally opened my mouth in an 'Oh' shape.
"H-Hi" It was Colin. He was looking at his shoes, obviously embaressed of hearing me fall down the stairs. "Sorry.." He had a light shade of red covering his cheeks.
"No no! It's alright" I chuckled in relief "I should've came faster.." When I looked to the side of him I noticed there was nobody there. So I walked passed him. Seeing nobody around, I was surprised. "Hey, did Christina or Kyle come with you?" I asked anxiously looking around.
"No, were they supposed to?" Colin was now looking at me curiously. When I glanced at him I instantly blushed. "He's so cute when he's curious..." I thought. I looked away hoping he didn't catch me staring. Once I finally realized he came alone I invited him inside. When he passed a gust of cholone passed with him. It wasn't the bad kind that you cringe at, it was the kind that made you want to hug him. When te smell caught my nose I slightly smiled. As I walked in passed him, I remembered Christine wanting to hang out with him today to 'make up' for ditching him.
"Did Christine ever come over today..? Not meaning to sound stalkerish or anything!" I held uo my hands in defense.
"No. Nor did Kyle."
"Oh.. They told me they were. But hey! Why don't we just hang out?" I tried to say with making a geeky smile, of course I failed when he agreed. "Wanna go to the park? Sense it's Tuesday it shouldn't be too filled with kids."
"That'd be perfect. How about we walk?" Colin said with a warm smile.
"Okay."
