Forever and Always

Chapter 1

Lilly's POV

"Lillly? Common sweetie it's 10 o'clock it's time to get up."

I open my eyes trying to focus on the figure staring down at me. I relized it was my mom attempting to wake me up. I groan and turn over on my stomach.

"I made you birthday pancakes." She said proudly.

"I'll be down in a minute!"

As i struggle to get out of bed I slip on a dress and some combat boots and make my way downstairs. I see my brother and his friend Dylan who probably stayed the night.

I make my way towards the fridge to get some syrup.

"Out of my way you little creep!" I complain to my brother Trever in a sisterly way.

After breakfast I decide to go to Brian's house I knock on his door.

"Happy Birthday!" He shouted spinning me around.

Brian had been my best friend since the 6th grade he was always there for me i feel like i can tell him anything.

As he puts me down i smile and recognize a familiar fingure behind him. STACY. Stacy is Brians girlfriend she is such a snob. I honestly dont know what he sees in her.

"Oh wow it's your birthday how old are you 50." Stacy says.

"16 actually." i reply to her bratty comment.

Brian breaks the silence, "Lil can i talk to you for a sec."

He leads me off to the side.

"Look i know its your birthday and you probably dont want to be around Stacy but-"

"Be around her! I cant stand her she looks like something a cat coughed up!" I interrupt.

"Lilly please her parents just got devorsed she's going through a really tough time."

"Ugh fine." I sigh.

After I hung out with Brian I decide to take a walk to clear my head. I look down trying not to step on the crackes of the concrete. It reminds me of when i was a kid. A better time. Then, I stumble into someone. he was tall with light brown hair and blue eyes.

"Oh my gosh i am so sorry!" I said in guilt.

He had dropped many items that had been in a box filled with pictures and love notes.

"Yeah it's ok, its just been one of those days." He replies with a sigh.

I scramble around to pick up his things. We stand up together relizing we are less then a foot away when our eyes meet. I shift my eyes elsewhere and take a step back blushing.

"I'm Logan by the way."

"I'm, uh, I'm Lillian but everyone calls me Lilly. But sometimes i wish people would call me Lillian but it just doesnt catch on. Though my mom calls me that and adults call me Lil and i guess-" i had relized i had been babbleing and shut my mouth hoping he wouldn't be freaked out my me.

He smiles and gives a chuckle, "Alright, then I'll call you Lillian
