I look at him. I just knew that there was something up, he wouldn't speak of family or anyone else. He would only focus on what we had to do, the goal for the gang. He sped up a bit as we came to a exit.
"What are you to me then if we are related," I asked as I wanted more and more answers. I just had a feeling about Bloodshed, he just seemed so... Delicate, and we would almost always relate to things and laugh about it with the rest of the gang.
"Have I left any details out when I call you 'kid' or 'champ'?" It took me a while to realize it but yes, I finally did realize it.
"But you can't be... My father is supposed to be dead. He died when I was four from lung cancer"
"You really believe that that was your dad?"I was shook at that moment, my mother had been lying to me this whole time. He continues,
"Your mother divorced me when you were one, I tried to get custody of you, but she just wanted to have you to herself." I was so confused and surprised by what he was saying. I would never expect my mum to do such a thing like this. He continued with he was saying and explained everything to me. With all that my dad was saying, I saw everything more clearly. I saw why mum didn't really talk about my dad, because when she did she would be lying to me talking about the guy that she ended up marrying after divorcing dad. I feel now that I know this she cannot be trusted, after all she was the one that cheated on him while being married. I didn't want to hear more of what my mum had done to my father so I just jestured for him to stop explain.
"Now do you understand kid," he asked me, making the exit heading to the airport. I simply nodded. We finally got to a stop and he helped me grab my stuff from the trunk. Before I could go in, he tells me something that had me shook.
"Also earlier, I knew I came at the right time, you were feeling suicidal and I as a father and a close friend just had to stop you from doing yourself harm. With that being said, I gave you this plane ticket as a opportunity to get away from your mother and so that you wouldn't feel as troubled."
I couldn't believe that he actually knew about that, but again Bloodshed seemed to know everything as if he talked to me in forever; which he kind of has in the past 2 years that I've been in the gang. I feel as his arms tighten around me and mine begin to tighten around him. We finally let this hug cut loose as I head inside.
"See ya kiddo."
Right when I walk in to the airport, I notice that there is a huge line to the terminals, all I had was my bag and the plane ticket so I just had to go to the security area. I walk past the huge line and notice my phone vibrating; it was her. I didn't want to answer her, she was probably the voice that was calling me earlier, and now that I've heard what she did I don't want anything to do with her; at least just not now. My phone vibrates one more time and I notice that it's still her. UGGGHHH I think to myself as I finally pick up.
"Marius, p-please come back, I promise I won't leave you ever again, I was just angry." Without saying a word, I hang up and block her number. I didn't think that it was that easy, but it was very easy. Finally after a few minutes I pass the security and walk to the terminal that I read on my plane ticket, C14 and stay seated suprisingly it was only 7 and I had 2 more hours to wait. So much for almost being 'late.'

"MARIUS GET BACK HERE THIS INSTANT YOU SHOULDNT BE RUNNING OUTSIDE LIKE THAT"
I turned my head and gawked at him.
"I AM YOUR FATHER YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME"
I shrugged and got back to playing with my dog. I could feel him eyeing me as if I were crazy, but he knew why I didn't want to listen to anything he said, he was a pathetic bastard, I wouldn't want to ruin it for mum, so I remained silent.
