Chapter 2

Hoseok was left devastated. He went pale throughout the class because his ego was totally stomped by that 'influential Jeon' that they're talking about. He was thinking that equality doesn't exist in this school because of what happened.

"Hoseok, don't worry, it's alright" Jimin said, somehow trying to calm his best friend. He patted his back because he can sense that Hoseok is not really in the mood right now.

"That one of a hell Jeon, he's just a student too! I'll curse him along with that old but not so old lady" He was at the point of throwing the both of them at a cliff so he'll never see them in life.

"I knew it wasn't a good idea to transfer schools" He added. The class was over but the two stayed at the room to somehow calm Hoseok's ass up. Jimin felt guilty, he thinks that it was all his fault that's why this happened.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have forced you to come at the same school with me.." All Jimin wanted was to have a companion this school year. He knows he can do well at school, but he doesn't have any friends.

"Aniyo, it's okay. Sorry for the sudden mood. Let's go?" Hoseok stood up after Jimin. 

Jimin was somehow relieved that Hoseok isn't mad at him. They went at the cafeteria to eat.

"What do they serve here?" Hoseok asked. "You should be my tour guide for today since you've been in this school for a year!" He added.

Jimin just laughed and nodded. He want to have Hoseok his best first day but turns out he got to stand at the back of the class. That's why he understands his burden.

Nobody wants to stand at the back for the whole period tho.

"Since it's wednesday, they'll serve bulgogi" Jimin said while pointing at the screen at the counter.

"Bulgogi? I crave for katsudon though" They sat on an empty spaced table that's good for two. "My treat!" Hoseok exclaimed which made Jimin excited. "Nice".

"Don't  worry. They serve katsudon every friday" Hoseok just nodded after getting his wallet.

"I'll have japchae for today" Jimin said. Hoseok went at the counter to order food for him and Jimin.

Honestly, Jimin was quite anxious about having Hoseok as his companion. He also might get bullied because Jimin is his friend. He's afraid about the gossips and rumours about them that'll spread one day.

On the other hand, Hoseok knew he did the right decision to transfer schools so he could be close to his best friend. He never gets to have an eye on Jimin because his school is way too far than him. 

But now he's here, everything's going to be alright.

or maybe not.

"Yow I'm back" Jimin was startled on Hoseok's sudden presence. He was close on having a heart attack though. "Oh goodness you surprised me!"

"Stop overreacting" Hoseok replied and chuckled. He placed the foods on the table and started to eat.

"I haven't eaten bulgogi for awhile, it tastes good!" Hoseok said as soon as he placed a spoonful on his mouth.

"Yep" Jimin replied.

While eating, they talked about how Hoseok was late.

"You never get late" Jimin started. Hoseok just chuckled, "Oh. I came home late last night so yeah".

Jimin was surprised by the sudden confession. "What?! I knew it! That's why I heard a loud thud outside my room!" Jimin said.

They were living in the same roof as of now. Jimin's mom bought a small unit for him to stay. Later on Hoseok wanted to move because his home is really far from his new school so Jimin insisted.

At first, Hoseok pays the rent because he doesn't want to be a burden on the expenses but Jimin doesn't want to, so Hoseok have to prove him that he can't do the bill alone.

Guess who won? Hoseok ofcourse.

"Yah I'm sorry okay? I just had a reconcilement with a friend" He said, putting a spoonful in his mouth.

"With whom?" Jimin asked. He was just curious about this friend of his that he never talked about.

"Just a childhood friend"

Hoseok was really uncomfortable with the topic and he just remembered the scene earlier at the classroom. So it's not bad to ask, right? He knows nothing.

"By the way, who's Jeon Jungkook?" Jimin was surprised by his best friend's sudden question, he choked on his food and started coughing continously, "Oh my!"

"Here, have some water" Jimin drank the water and finally, he's fine.

"Why would you choke on japchae? I just asked a question though" Hoseok seemed curious about Jeon's identity. He apparently knows nothing.

"Yah! Answer me!" Jimin seems preoccupied so Hoseok hit him a bit to come back to his senses, "You fine?"

Jimin nodded, "Oh.. Jungkook?" He looked at both sides, making sure no one is listening.

He leaned on Hoseok's and whispered very softly. He doesn't want anyone to hear.

"Jeon Jungkook is known as the baddest guy here in school" Jimin said. "He is also the son of the owner of this campus so he's quite powerful" He added.

Hoseok made an 'Oohh' on his mouth, "He is also a bully. I heard that one of our schoolmate last year transferred schools because he can't handle Jungkook's wrong doing"

That statement of Jimin somehow made Hoseok shiver a little, no wonder they looked at me like that when I questioned why Jeon just sat and not get the punishment earlier! He thought.

He covered his mouth with his free hand, "Oh no! Jimin I'm doomed! He starred at me earlier like he was going to kill me!" Hoseok said.

Jimin tried to calm his bestfriend down, "Shhh hey hey, but he doesn't bully anyone that easily. Just don't make any interactions with him okay?" Jimin said.

Hoseok seemed to calm down a bit by what Jimin said. "Okay enough, let's just finish eating".

Jimin started to finish his meal when someone talked, "I thought you're the kind of guy that doesn't badmouth people. But guess I'm wrong"

He slowly turned around to see who is it.
"J-ungkook".

"Yes, it's me. About what you said, I'm not surprised. I really am the baddest here like you said. Why don't I give your friend here a show? And oh, you forgot to say one thing..

I hate people who blabber about me"

He said then patted Jimin on his head, he smirked before leaving the two in awe.

Oh fuck.
