He's quite mentally unstable due to the fact he was fused with both a mega and keystone. Though compared to a regular Mega pokemon he is quite weak and often keeps injuries for much longer than others due to his body not being able to revert back to a regular Gengar.
Along with this, he is well insane. As the stress from Mega evolution had gone to his head and often clouds his judgment. Though he is actually quite a sweet pokemon once you get passed that, he often has deep stages of guilt after hurting or even killing a pokemon on accident. He has tons of trust in Valley as both can be considered freaks along with the fact Valley has and is pitting in the effort to help him get better. So any friend of Valley is a friend of his.
