A/N: Before I end this story.. I'll do an epilogue to explain what will happen after what happened... I'll explain the lads and Elaine's life after this..............

Chapter 20 – I know that I can’t stay longer

Louis’ POV

Doctors came inside and checked her. I hovered beside her and kissed her forehead. She smiled weakly “Hi, babe!”

“Hey!” I hugged her. I wiped a tear from my face.

“Louis whatever happens please don’t forget me and…” Her breathing is uneven and she’s gasping for air.

“Don’t speak like that, love.” I whispered and tears rolled down my cheeks.

“No, Lou.. I know, I can’t stay longer...” she whispered, finding it hard to breathe. I looked in her ocean blue eyes, now overflowing. “Harry and Elaine, I want you to take care of each other and…” she paused. “Niall and Zayn don’t give up on love… And Liam please take care of yourself, Danielle and the other boys. I'm sorry that I didn't have the chance to meet her.”

“No.. please.. Sab, don’t talk like that…” Liam said, shaking his head. Everyone was weeping beside her.

“No... Listen to me, and Louis, please, I don’t want you to hold yourself cause I’m not there with you and I want you to find love again….” she paused, wiping a tear away from her face. “You know I’ll be your life, your voice, your reason to be, my love, my heart is breathing for this, moments in time, I’ll find the words to say, before you leave me today” she sang to me. “I will… always… love you Louis Tom..linson…….” she shut her eyes. There was a long beeping sound coming from the heart monitor. That was her last words.. She’s gone……………………………………

“NOOOOOOOOO!! Please don’t leave me!!” I exclaimed whilst hugging her.. Liam was hugging Niall whose crying hysterically. Zayn stood beside Harry whose faces were miserable. Elaine sat in the corner with her hands on her face, sobbing silently. "No... please, love, don't leave us...." I sobbed, shaking her gently. The doctors set us aside to check on her, they tried to revive her but they can't do nothing...

"We're sorry, Mr. Tomlinson, there's nothing we can do." the doctor apologized. I collapsed on the floor and Harry came beside me and rubbed my back. I can hear Elaine mumbling words to her.

"Hey babe, I thought we swore that we will not leave each other no matter what? How could you leave us like this?? Sabrina, please i beg you come back to us............"

"No.... no.... no..... no..... don't leave your Baby Niall...." Niall cried, his face was red and his eyes were now puffy.

She’s gone…. A part of me is gone…
