hello, this is a notice; just something i want you to read before you actually go deeper in this book and so i can present myself a lil bit.
I'd like to inform you that this book will contain some of my best artworks, but also some of my worsts. Because how could the sun shine with no shadows? You need mistakes to get better, that's how it works. Practice makes perfect, but I haven't reached the perfect level yet. And I ask you to respect that. I'm still learning, trying new things, progressing, finding my style. I'm only 15. I love drawing and I made this book so I could share the things I create with you. I hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I enjoyed making them.
You might also notice that I'm an army. BTS takes a big place in my life, which is the reason why they're usually somewhere, hidden in my drawings. It's either a drawing of them or a reference to them. Of course I've been drawing way before discovering BTS, but they really gave me the motivation to draw more. Before I would draw things with no emotions or meaning, just random stuff I thought looked cool. I would also draw things about my life, but I've never really been good at identifying things and emotions. Then as I grew up a bit, I came to a point where I kinda got bored of drawing, though I never really stopped drawing since I've always been into art classes in school. I just never knew what to draw and every time I tried to create a sketchbook I'd only fill one page, because even if I told myself "this sketchbook doesn't have to look pretty", i'd be scared to mess everything up and I wouldn't experience anything new at all and it just looked odd. I'm not sure how to exactly explain what happens, but that's how it is.
After BTS, I don't have a lot of passions. I like drawing, editing videos (check out my youtube channel, it's called hilgi), writing gay bts books that i usually delete because it's embarrassing, singing (i also have a youtube channel for that you but if you want to see it you'll have to search by yourself, i'm not giving it here cuz my covers ain't always good tbh, + they are in french so i don't see how you could be interested by that), that's about it. But as I said, BTS takes a big part of my life, so I don't have time for hobbies and stuff. As long as I have time for my homework it's fine.
My social life? Dead. I have one friend, we're always together at school... and that's about it. We were both new at our new school this year and we just decided to hang together since everyone seems to be a bitch. She's sweet, I would almost say she's my best friend. I even transformed her into an army. But she doesn't reply when I send her messages so I can't consider her a best friend yet.
