Peter parker||Stolen and kidnapped

1- Just an average day

"Mr Stark!" Peter shouted through the hallway.
"What do you need kid?" Tony replied.
Peter already started to pull Tony's arm before he said:
"Free ice cream! Park! Now!" Peter jumped.
"Pete, your acting like you're 5, there's no big deal about free ice cream at the park,"
"Nooo its a very big deal please! Let's gooo!," Peter whined.
"I'll just buy the ice cream van," Tony smiled.
Peter looked back at Tony remembering he is a billionaire. And said billionaire is pretty much a father figure for Peter.
Reason for this is because Peter never really grew up with parents by his side, ever since the age of 6 he has been living with his aunt May and uncle Ben.
But unfortunately, Ben was shot and died in the arms of Peter at such a young age. May died last week from manslaughter. Peter has been trying to forget it because it hurt him so much. All he has left is Tony and the other avengers.
Peter let go of Tony's arm and started running down the stairs yelling out 'free ice cream'.

•30 minutes later•

"Alright alright, I didn't think 10 ice creams would make you this hyped up," Tony said referring to Peter.
All the avengers started walking back in the HQ (head quarters).
"FRIDAY please set up couches and television," Tony requested.
"Okay boss,".
Couches were revealed and so was a huge tv.
"Movie time!" Bucky shouted.
"Which movie?" Steve asked while looking through Netflix.
"That one!" Bucky pointed at the tv referring to the movie 'vacation'.
"Alright," Steve said in a confused voice.
"What's wrong Steve!" tony asked.
"How do you work this thing?"
Tony and Bucky laughed as they helped him turn the movie on.
No one else came to watch it so it was only Tony, Steve, Natasha and Bucky.
Butttttt.... once the movie was over and it was now night, the tv started getting a call from Nick Fury.
"Boss incoming call from Fury," FRIDAY informed.
"Answer," Tony replied.
"Stark! Lock down the tower! Immediately!" Fury ordered in a hurried and worried manner.
"Wait, What? Why? Wh-" before Tony could finish.
"Just do it and I'll explain."
Once Tony shuts down the tower he asks what the hell is going on.
"Alright Stark, you're not going to like this but... Loki is back and he's coming for you," Fury explained.
Tony's heart dropped.
"What! He escaped!?" Steve shouted.
Fury nodded.
"I've gotta go but keep Stark safe!" Fury said before hanging up.
