Peter Parker was only young when his parents died. When he turned 7 he gets bitten by a spider, but not any normal spider... a radioactive spider. This catches the attention of a dangerous organisation, HYDRA. After many years, the avengers are alerted that HYDRA has a very dangerous weapon.

Peter Parker is adopted by Tony Stark. He goes out after school to patrol as Spider-Man. But when Peter meets a new friend, who he calls a brother, when he goes out patrolling, a lot changes.
Peter starts sneaking out to go meet him at his house because he knows Tony doesn't like this friend. Wade Wilson.
Tony discovers this and it all goes down hill from there.
