Forbidden Darkness: Jasper and Bella *ON HOLD*

Chapter One

  Bella's P. O. V.

  I leave to go down to Charlie's today. Mom's been hovering more than she normally is.
  "Bella sweetheart! Phil and I are about to head out! Come give us hugs!" I hear Mom shout from downstairs.
  "Coming mom!" I shout down the stairs.
  I walk down the stairs to see mom and Phil standing by the front door talking quietly.
  "So hugs?" I ask akwardly. I'm not that much of a mamas girl like I used to be. I've always been a daddy's girl even if I don't act that way when we're together.
  My mom squeals and gives me a big hug that takes my breathe away. I pat her back while trying to breathe some air in.
  "Mom......can't........breathe!" I finally get out.
  "Oh. Sorry!" She says backing away letting Phil give me a hug.
  "See you later, kiddo!" Phil says giving me a side hug.
  "See you later, Phil." I mumble pulling away.
  "Don't be going out into the desert before you leave!" Mom yells as they get to the car.
  I watch as they get into the car and drive away. As they're driving away I see mom waving her hand all the way down the street and yelling things I don't understand. I turn around and run  into the closet to grab my little shovel and a small pot before heading out into the desert behind the house. I walk about a mile out before seeing a small cactus. I walk over to it and bend down to see if it's small enough to fit or if it's too small to go in. I put the pot beside it and sigh. To small. I stand up straight and walk out a little more ways before seeing another one. I walk towards that one and see it's perfect! I start to dig around it when I heard someone walking towards me. I stand up and reach into my back pocket to grab the pocket knife Phil gave me this morning. Once I have it I snap it open and turn around to see a woman walking towards me with red eyes.

  She walks even closer to me before speaking to me with a southern accent.
  "I hope you make it. You could become of good use to me." Before she's right in front of me.
  I sling my knife out at her but she's moved behind me. She grabs my knife and snaps it closed before putting it back in my pocket. She bends her head  down and bites into my neck.

  Maria's P. O. V.

  I pull back and see that the girls eyes are closed and she's not even screaming in pain. The only other person that did this during the transition is my old Major. I pick her up and run back to Texas.

           Three days later
 
  Bella's P. O. V.
 
  I jump up off of the ground and see that I'm on the floor and a Mexican woman's standing beside me.
  "Who the hell are you?" I ask her.
  "My names Maria. Your creator. What's your name, sweet cheeks?" She asks bending down to my level.
  "Isabella Marie Swan. But, I go by Bella. What am I?" I ask her.
  She sighs and stands up.
  "Your a Vampire in the Southern Wars." She walks over to the doors and opens them.
  "Welcome to Texas, Isabella." She says before throwing a young man in the room at me.
  He falls and cuts his hand on some glass in the floor. He grabs his hand and tries to wipe the blood off. I take a breathe in and smell the most delicious smell ever. I look at his hand and lick my lips.
  "I apologize for what I'm about to do to you, Hun." I tell the young boy.
  I jump on him and bite into his jugular. He lets out a scream as my teeth slice threw his buttery skin. I suck as much blood I can out before letting him go. I get up and walk towards Maria.
  "Why did you choose me?" I ask her.
  She looks at me and throws me outside infront of a dozen other Vampires. They all start to snarl and growl at me. I crouch down and growl at them myself. One of the youngest looking ones lunge at me. I stay still before they get to me I jump up and grab their throat with my hand before squeezing it off. When he falls I hear clapping behind me.
  "Welcome to the Southern Vampire Wars, Isabella." Maria says cheerfully.
