"And this is Colby"
The sentence that ruined and changed my life.
The second I lied eyes on him I fell in love.
His chocolate brown hair, just barley swooping over his forehead, almost being a fringe. His ocean blue eyes that I could get lost in for days. His jawline, don't even get me started on his jawline. I just wanted him. No, I needed him.
"Hi i'm Colby, nice to meet you." He said, smiling. His voice. Holy shit. I think i'm falling in love with this kid. He's wearing a black hoodie that fits him perfectly with black sweatpants that curve around his legs. God he just looks so perfect. I literally have to force myself not to lean in and just kiss him.
I'm shaken out of my wonderful thoughts by Ana shaking my shoulder. "Dude, you alive? You zoned out for like 5 minutes." She laughed, looking at Colby and gesturing to me. "This is Brynn, who zones out a lot." She laughs again. "Hey, nice to meet you." He chuckles causing me to blush in embarrassment. I hide it with the sleeve of my sweater (Outfit at the top) and Ana just smirks at me, earning a dirty look from me. "I'm gonna go sit with the girls." She says, leaving me alone with the blue eyed boy. "Sooo" He says, looking down at me, smiling slightly. Did I mention that I'm 5'2 and hes 6 foot. Almost a foot taller then me. I fiddle with my sleeves and look down so 1 I hide my tomato red cheeks and 2 I don't kiss him.
"How did you meet Ana?" He finally asks. I look up at him and try to process what he said, staring into those ocean blue orbs of his. "We met at a party." I finally manage to get out, almost getting hypnotized by his eyes. "Thats cool." He says back. "Yeah. How about you?" I ask him, leaning up against the couch, waiting for his reply. "We met at school." He replys, scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. "Nice" I say back, praying that it wont be this awkward much longer.
Just as he was about to say something, Jake comes back from the kitchen and pulls him away. "Dude we gotta go, Corey's here to bring us to his place." Jake says, basically pulling Colby out the door. "Apparently I gotta go, really nice meeting you though, Brynn." Colby says quickly, then runs to try to catch up with his friend. I sigh when he leaves and walks to the couch to sit with the girls. I sit down and notice that all the girls were looking at me, eyebrows raised. "Someone's got a crush." Tiffany says, dragging out the c and giggling to the other girls. "Huh?" I reply, trying to make my beet red face not noticeable. They all dont buy it and just roll their eyes. They all look at each other and Im left sitting there confused, staring at my lap.
Molly finally speaks up, startling me, "You all know what this means girls," she says, looking at the other girls, smiling. I look at her in confusion and she stands up. "SLUMBER PARTY!" She screams, causing everyone in the room to look at her, also causing me to put my hood up and look down in embarrassment. She giggles and sits back down. Tiffany pulls out her phone, "My house, your house or Ana's?" She asks, lifting her shoulder bag on over her shoulder and standing up, along with Ana, Molly and Olivia.
"Mine since Brynn has zero clue where your guy's is." Ana laughs, gesturing me to stand up. I do so and she waves good bye to everyone she knows and I grab my black Panic! At The Disco backpack and slinging it over my right shoulder then walking over to where they are all standing, looking down and waiting for Ana to finish talking to her friends. She walks back over to us and we all walk over to Ana's Jeep.
We all hop in the cactus-green colored Jeep with Ana driving, Olivia in the passenger sit and me and Molly in the back. Ana and Molly are screaming to Shaggy on the radio, Olivias reading and i'm just staring out the window, deep in my thoughts as we speed back to Ana's place.

We pull into Ana's bumpy-ass gravel driveway. I remember when we were little and we were sitting on the top of her dads silver dodge truck and we starting pushing each other which wasnt a good idea to begin with. Lets just say I got a fuck ton of stitches that day. 6 to be exact. Me and Ana loved that truck. We loved that truck so much that we cried for hours when he told us he sold it. Olivia and Ana literally sprint to the house while me and Molly trail behind, Molly must have noticed that I was zoned out because she stayed behind while they basically ran into the front door. "Hey, you seem zoned out." She comments, brushing her hair behind her ear and looking down at me. Oh, by the way, did I mention she was 6'3? I didn't? Well she is. I sigh and look up at her. "Sadly I am, Ana always brings friends everywhere and i'm always trailing behind them. It sucks ass at first but you get used to it after 10 years." I say, forcing out a laugh so she noticed im okay. Luckily she caught on and laughed with me. "That sounds terrible! I remember when I first met her she had like, 15 people around her so it was hard as hell to get her attention, luckily I did and we instantly clicked. Thats the way she's always been though." She replies.
We finally get to the front door and walk in and follow the two other girls upstairs. I know this house like the back of my right hand. Its actually quite sad to be honest. Ive known Ana since we were 4 so 10 years.
