Momo dressed herself better than usual. She was trying to look her best for it wasn't just an ordinary day, it was something very special, Dahyun's birthday!

She stared at herself in the mirror for the 100th time after trying out her 101st outfit. She was wearing a yellow loose floral dress with a white buttoned collar and some darker shade of yellow as highlights

"Ugh! No!" She complained.

She was just about to storm back at her closet when the door suddenly barged open, revealing the fuming Mina who had her arms crossed and her head actually smoking in impatience

"Momo! My god that's like the thousandth outfit you undressed" Mina blurted while making her way towards Momo

She wasn't usually loud, not when she's calm that is. Mina has been waiting for already almost 5 hours just for Momo to pick up something to wear, and Mina has an idea onto why Momo's been suddenly anxious about her outfit

"This is enough, you look pretty enough, and Dahyun knows that so please..." Fortunately, Mina was quick to stop Momo from completely undressing

"Y-you think so...?"

Since Momo felt a blush crept up her cheeks at the mention of Dahyun, she suddenly stopped herself from sliding the dress off of her shoulders.

Mina grabbed the sleeves back and pulled it over Momo's body, fixing the collar first before hastily starting to fix the buttons, a smirk was plastered on Mina's face when she saw a glimpse of the black laced lingerie Momo was wearing underneath

"Yes" Mina muttered proudly right after fixing Momo's outfit

"And I'm sure you can't wait to take that dress off again soon" Mina winked before walking out first before Momo

The party was held at Dahyun's hometown, the place where she grew up, where her family and only close friends were invited. After the singing of the Happy Birthday song and the slicing and eating of cake, the girls proceeded on giving their gifts

"Thank you, everyone!" Dahyun beamed such a genuine smile while holding the gifts she got from her family and friends, who decided to take pictures of her with her new belongings

Nayeon got her a dress, Jeongyeon a cap, Sana some chocolates, Jihyo a stuffed toy, Mina a bracelet, Chaeyoung an earring and Tzuyu a rose

"You don't have anything for Dahyun, Momorin?" Mina said inquisitively, eyeing Momo who looked really flush

"La-later..."

"Tzuyu, why a rose?" Sana suddenly interrupted and asked confusedly while holding out the red rose-that actually still has thorns

Tzuyu only shrugged while taking a sip of her wine

"And it looks familiar" Sana added

"Is that the rose from their front yard?" Chaeyoung thought, finally remembering where she saw it. All of them nodded and laughed out loud, even Tzuyu

"It's the thought that counts?" Tzuyu nonchalantly tried to defend herself and everyone couldn't help but continue laughing harder

The party was over and the afterparty had just started to begin. They weren't so hyper about it though, only the 9 girls were present and Dahyun's family and other friends already called it a night

They sat together outside the massive balcony, drinking hard liquors, except for Tzuyu. They laughed and shared some jokes til late at night

Then midnight came, slowly by slowly Nayeon and the others left. Until Momo and Mina were the only guests left
