Chapter 2 Smiley Is Upset

"Oh Smiley you are back from school. How was it?" Her dad asked. "It was ALFUL!!!!. This kid called me lemon face. I sat by myself at lunch. No one talked to me!!" She yelled as she began to cry. "Smiley just calm down we can fix this," her dad said. "How can we fix this dad?!??! I didn't do anything to them!!". "Smiley wait! We can talk this through". "NO! I am never speaking to anyone again! I hate you all!!!!!!!!" Smiley shouted as she ran to her room. She fell on her bed and began to pout. Smiley tried to stop, but she couldn't. She was too upset.

3 hours later

"Smiley honey, are you ok?" Her mom said as she opened the door. "Mom why are you home early?" Smiley said as she wiped the tears from her eyes. "Your dad called me and said you have been crying for like 3 hours know." Her mother replied. "I had the worsed first day of school ever". She signed. "I now sweaty, your dad told me. It sounds pretty bad. But maybe you can try to talk to others dear". "I already tried. I told to some guys that calls me lemon face." "I understand. Just try to calm yourself. Diner will be done in a hour" Her mom said as she walked out and closed the door. Smiley thought for a moment. Maybe my mother is right, I should talk to people. But the bad thing is that there are no girls. Uh. Well looks like I have to have all boys as friends. Looks like dad won't be happy with me. Well at least I will have friends. Well at least i hope i will have friends...."Smiley! Diner is ready!" Her dad said. Smiley walked in and sat down. "How are you feeling Smiley"? Her dad wondered. "I am going fine. I think I am going to take mom's advise" She smiled. Her mom looked at her for a long moment and smiled back at Smiley.
