Conjoined Decision

Hi, members. 

First of all,  Happy Holidays!

Second,

Many members departed for many reasons, and it's okay. We will also be reopening the entry form in a few months. Of course, we understand holidays are more of a priority than the club, but we also want to work with others that are waiting do more activities that will improve them.

AprilFitts and I discussed the club future. We decided that some of our members sometimes don't have the desire to answer us for many reasons even though we insist a lot on communication. 

We also do have a limit. To respect and not harass people, we cannot keep pushing for the members to respond to us.  Sometimes, we offered options, and we still did not have any reply after one month; whether they want to be recontacted because they are on hiatus (break). 

Due to some lack of replies, (after offering options and no response after one month and/ keep saying being part as a member or active but don't do any activities in the club for more than one month) we will remove you. (unfollow and put archives) 

You will be more than welcome back and reenter in the entry form. (Which is currently not published until min March 2019).

This information will also be part of the rules that we will add to ensure that people are active and actually benefit with other actives members. 

Communication is key to be a winner :)

So, in summary: One month to respond to each of our response that has options, questions or activity check... or else the member will be removed from the club. 

P.S.: Some asked to be recontacted in January and June. They will have that month to decide.
