this occurred two years ago and I found the photo.What you are seeing right there is the image of the pins that were placed inside my hand to correct the fractures in my fingers.... My ring finger was completely shattered lengthwise (or a complete complex fracture) and the pieces had moved, if not for the pins my bone would have healed incorrectly and I would not have the total movement of my hand that I do now. I also had a fracture in my pinkie finger (it was a incomplete compound fracture). Rest assured though my hand has healed since then and is totally working now. Enjoy!
