(6) 'of course not,'

We won the qudditch cup! Winter break was tomorrow and the train leaves today. I was of course going home since my mom wanted me too. The only excuse I could use was to go to teddys house. But of course I decline, since I didn't want to cause trouble.
I found an empty compartment. I couldn't find teddy this morning. After the train went off, Kayla came in.

"You think your so sly." She said.
"Kayla-"
"Just shut up! Okay you can't leave your little mouth from talking bad-"
"Can you leave her alone?!" Teddy said coming in.
"Well, at least I'm not the one who gets abused at home." She said, as she walked off.

Teddy looked at me. I looked down.
"Is...is it true?" He asked me. I revealed a couple of scars on my arm and legs.
"Why didn't you tell me in the first place."
"I thought that...you would...be over protective..." I said still not making eye contact.
"Of course I would be over protective!" He said.
"Hey teddy, we were looking for you. Albus has something to say, that's so 'important'." Rose said, coming in.
"I'll be back,"
"Don't, I'm just a waste of your time." I muttered. They left. The whole train ride he wasn't there. I was wearing a black sweatshirt and jeans. The train finally stopped.

I tried to grab my trunk as this man helped me.
"Thank you sir." I said. He had round glasses and a scar.
"No problem," as he said that I heard a kid, yell 'dad!'. It was albus.
"Oh, I should've said this coming. Hello, mister Potter." I said. He shook my hand.
"Hello Olivia. I heard a lot about you from ted." He said.
"Dad, can we have her stay with us for break?" Albus asked him.
"Yeah of course, if she wants." He looked at me.
"I really need to ask my parents, I'll be right back." I said. I walked over to my mom, she hugged me and kissed my cheek.
"Mom, can I spend the break with the potters?" I asked her.
"Of course, ill owl you the presents." She said. I went over to Mr.potter.
"Yeah, I can!" I said happily. All of us left.

" Albus, show Olivia where she will be sleeping." Mr. Potter said. Albus showed me this magnificent room. It was all white with some gold/yellow accent with it.
"Thanks albus." I said. He left. I placed my trunk down. I plopped on the bed, and grabbed midnight, my black cat.
After a couple of hours in the room, I heard teddy come in.
"Dinner is ready." He said. I went out. We went down the stairs together, without even making contact. We sat down.
It was pretty peaceful, albus and James talked about qudditch with uncle Harry and aunt Ginny. They allowed me to call them that.

"So, what's your favorite subject?" Uncle Harry asked me.
"I really love Defense against the dark arts. Especially our lesson with animagus." I replied. After eating for a little more, we were excused.
I went up to my room. I started writing to mom,

Dear mom,
It's amazing here in the potters house, not to mention how kind they are! I hope your having a good time at home, I love you!

I put it in a envelope. I sent it to her. I was extremely tired. It was 9 by now. I got in bed, and rolled over and over again. How come I was sleeping on the couch those days and not now? Was it because I like the couch that much? Or maybe it was because... of teddy? I really couldn't stay angry with him any longer. I walked over to his room to hear him say,

"They're really coming."
"Hello?" I said. He shot up and looked at me.
"When did you get here?"
"Just now..." I lied.
"So...why are you here." I hear him ask. I walked in and sat down on his couch. He did the the same.
"I can't stay angry at you." I said. He smiled a bit, and hugged me.
"I'm sorry." He said.
"Im the one who should be." I whispered. We both got blankets and snacks and had a little camp out on the couch. Eventually, we passed out.

It was the next day. Another camera flash. I woke up. I see James, Albus, Lily and even uncle harry.
"Awww." Uncle Harry said.
"Blimey! Everyone out!" Aunt Ginny said.
"I bet you five galleons that they snogged." James said to lily.
"I bet you five if they didn't." Lily said.
"We didn't do anything if your asking." I said hugging teddy back. I could hear James dropping the money on her hand. My legs were intertwined with Teddy's. My head was next to his chest while his arm was around me. Me and teddy never really slept like this. All we really do is sit sleep really.
"Now out!" Aunt Ginny yelled. They all rushed out.

After a couple of minutes, me and teddy finally got up.
"I'm still tired." I said. I was on his lap holding on to him.
"Same..." He said drifting off. We both walked down the stairs for breakfast.

"Sooo~ you guys dating?" Uncle Harry asked.
"Oh no!" Me and teddy said in unison.
We ate breakfast.

"Wanna go Christmas shopping?" Uncle Harry asked once we're done. We all nodded. We went upstairs to get ready.
I wore a black sweatshirt, a white beanie, and white jeans. I walked out to see everyone already dressed.
"Do you guys have normal money?"  Uncle Harry asked. We all nodded. We left.

"I'm going to spilt you guys into groups. Lily and Ginny. Me, albus and James, and teddy and Olivia since they're old enough to be trusted to NOT to any funny business." Uncle Harry said. Everyone snickered and went off.

"Where to first?" I asked him.
We went to some clothing shops, candle shops, that jazz.
We were at a jewelry shop. Me and teddy decided to split up for a couple of mins. When I was going to touch this watch, a muggle guy, who looked my age came over to me.
"Hey cutie." He said.
"Er hi."
"Single?"
"Sorry... I'm er taken." I said. I wasn't interested in him.
"Sure, where's the lucky guy?" He asked not convinced. I looked to my right. I grabbed teddy.
"He's my boyfriend." I said, pointing at him. He blushed.
"You sure? Prove it!" He said. I turn to teddy and kissed his lips. We kissed for a little to long, to where the dude left.
"You a great kisser," teddy started.
"Not so bad yourself." I said. We bought our stuff and went and met up with the others.

"Five galleons that they kissed." James whispered to uncle Harry.
"Five if they didn't." He replied.
"Uncle Harry, better give it to James!" Teddy said smiling like an idiot. Uncle Harry dropped them in his hand.
"Wait-" Lily started.
"THEY KISSED!" Albus yelled happily.
"You pricks, lets go." I said, walking next to Lily and aunt Ginny. I could hear James ask teddy,
"Are you two dating now?"
"Of course not, we're best friends!" He said happily.
