"No! I told you I didn't want decaf-"
"Chris? The cameras are rolling..."
"Huh?" The host spun around angrily. "Well then start it over!"
"Uh...we can't. The show's live."
"Oh yeah. Well anyways, welcome to...what season is it again? Fifteen?"
"Eight."
"Season eight of Total Drama! I'm your host, Chris McLean, and this season will be called...what was it again?" He whispered.
"Total Drama re...."
"Huh? Speak louder!"
"Total Drama Reunion-"
"Total Drama Reunion!"
Just then, one of the interns appeared. "I've got your new coffee, sir-"
"Shhhsssshhh! I'm on camera!" He whisper-yelled. The intern staggered off to the side. "Anyways, this season, I am on new Island called...what was it?"
"Vancouver Island," am intern answered, annoyed.
"Vancouver Island! There will be 24 returning competitors competing for, well...nothing, since there is no longer a million dollars available. Relationships will be put to the test, people who have never met may even be spending every waking hour together for the rest of the Summer. Sadly, since the network would not allow anymore land to be destroyed, and I have to treat the former competitors like guests, there will be no life-threatening challenges. But...they did allow me to set up cameras during the daytime anywhere I wanted..." he laughed maniacally. "So even though the challenges will be much more subtle, we will still be getting all the juicy secrets they try to hide! Find out what happens next on Total...Drama...what was it called again?"
The cameraman groaned. "...Reunion."
"Total...Drama...Reunion!" Chris huffed. "Now you can give me my coffee."
"Uh...how do you turn this thing off? I think it's still recording."
"What?! We should be halfway through the theme song by now!"
"Sorry, I'm new!"
"That's it!" He said, stomping towards the camera, shutting if off.
