CHAPTER 1 :

One Path Crosses Another

My alarm goes off like it does everyday at 6am and I feel the same way I do everyday which is afraid for my life ever since vampires took over. Your probably confused what I'm talking about I guess I'll have to explain .

{Flash Back}
The year is 2000
The once human world is now being attacked by bloodthirsty creatures who are planning to take over the world. The plan had started centuries ago and that plan was in motion until the year 2000 that's when everything changed. The Vampire king known as King Jarred is about to set in motion the plan to make humans the low race compared to the Vampires. Make the humans bow down to the all superior race of Vampires. The year was 1976 and that is when the battle of Official power and the one claimed the world. Of course since the Vampires were prepared and the humans weren't , the Vampires won. Sometimes historians have said things would have been different if the humans were prepared , would it have been any different then the original outcome ? All those questions rome the minds of several millions of humans and even some vampires. Once the war was over the first certified vampire government was created. Andrew Blackwell is the owner and starter of all the madness around the world known as the government of the supernatural. He was hated for the decisions he made and the actions he took against humans. Andrew Blackwell is known as the vampire who started all the hell for humans and even vampires.
{End of flash back}

Back to present
The year is 2038

Once I finish my rushed shower, I wrap my curvy yet slim body frame in one of my fuzzy towels and walk into my closet and pick what I want to wear for the day. I decide to wear a pair of tight dark blue jeans , with a black v-neck t-shirt and a pair of my tall black heels and left the closet. Went straight back to the bathroom to apply my mascara, eye liner, and eye shadow. Once I finish that I decide to just blow dry my hair and straighten it.

I leave the bathroom , get my phone off the charger. I just start to walk outside of my house and realize I don't even have my purse which contains car keys and my money. I run back up the stairs and enter my room to retrieve my left behind items. While I'm in my room I grab a little minny note pad from my night stand and write to my older brother Drew how I'm going out and I'll be back in a little bit.

Then I return back down stairs and tape the note to the fridge. Once I'm done I head back outside to the warm summer Rays. Of course I can't find my car again. I start to lock my car so I would here it and in seconds I'm walking in the direction of the noise to my car. I get in my car and pull out going towards the grocery store. A lot has changed in the past five years, I have officially became an adult , my grades went up , I'm done with college and I have a enough money to suffice for about a couple more years. I'm the young famous well nurse yet Its a curse and a blessing.Everyone thinks it's such a good think but it really isn't.

My parents were murdered by a vampire just three years ago. I'm determined to track down the scum who caused me and my brother this pain and kill this freak vampire myself. So it's just me and my brother Drew left. Once I reach the grocery store I decide to catch up on buying my healthy food things, such as salad materials, my breakfast shakes and a few other items.I enter and the little bell hung on door and dings signaling my arrival. I see that it's already busy so I just to go get what I need and get out of here. I hate when it's crowded. There's usually not that many people in this grocery store so I'm really shocked to see a lot of people.
